I brought my pet rabbit there because i notice something was wrong and he had gotten sick .They told me his liver was starting to fail because the wood on his new "echo friendly hutch" wasn't so friendly. They told me i brought him just in time. He stayed there for 2 days but they wouldnt let me come see him they said i needed to wait because the doctor was out. On the second day they said i could pick him up. I payed $600 in medication. Only for him to die the afternoon i brought him home. There response was well we did what we could. I asked if they knew the liver was still failing why not tell me why let me take him home and why charge me the $1000 for care. There response was well rabbits go fast. Then they turn around and offered me 10 dollars off a cremation fee. I will never go back.

this my story the vet stitched up a dog bite puncture wound on my dog that failed 5 days later. Even humans basic wound care, puncture wounds are not stitched. The refused to take responsibility for poor decision and then redid the surgery and tried to make me pay for it again. That was 2011. I will not name the vet but he is the head vet. This a corporate business and therefore many vet pass through all kinds of schedules and not necessarily experience. Watch out
