One of the only private vets in the area that specializes in exotics- brought my ferret to them and got outstanding care. While I was there, they saw all sorts of animals- rodents, reptiles, birds, and of course dogs and cats. May seem expensive to people who don't think they should spend money on a $30 guinea pig or a $20 iguana but I love my unsual pets and the medicine is top notch there and I would spend any amount of money on them.

Was not impressed by my visit here. Vet did not seem to listen to my concerns regarding the care suggested. Price was unusually high for even simple procedures. Office staff was kind and efficient though.

Have brought several rodents here and have been very disappointed. The price was outrageous compared to other vets in the area and the vet I saw did not seem knowledgable about my pet (or rodents in general)

I have brought all 4 of my pets (cat, dog and 2 chinchillas) to phoenix. they have the reputation of being the best exotic clinic around and i agree. the staff is always helpful and friendly and the two vets that work there are experienced and professional. the manager knows everyone who comes in, and even kisses the animals! i feel so safe taking my animals there.

Took a chinchilla and a guinea pig here and was very disappointed. The quote for surgery was literally 10x the usual price at my other vet, for no extra work. Vet acted like I knew nothing about rodents and tried to pass off a treatment I knew was inappropriate for them. Will never go there again.

Both doctors are amazing with unusual pets-like birds, reptiles, and rodents.
