After having to move to windsor, I've been to at least half dozen other vets and the disappointment in comparison is like night and day. No discounts for multiple pets and the pricing wax almost criminal in some cases. Dr. Ross and staff have a provide a comfortable experience for both you and your pet.

The staff and doctors where welcoming, knowledgable, paitant, empathetic, funny well rounded and completely reasonable. Stella and the family feel lucky to have found such a facility.??????

I moved to London area 5 years ago and the only thing I really truly miss is Dr Ross and staff I've searched high and low and tried many vets around and nobody even comes close to the level of amazing care they provide

EXCELLENT. Dr Ross LIKES animals and it shows. He is very reasonable for price- much better than anything in Windsor.

We have been going to Dr. Ross since 1995. He's anamazing vet. He's not in it for the money. I brought a cat in for a urine test and he was unable to get a sample. He checked her out but did not charge me for the visit. He gives discounts for multiple pets and will offer cheaper things to try before doing any costly test. He is great with the animals. My cats purr every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Amy has given us many tips on how to save money with meds for a multiple cat home. I would not trust anyone else with my pets.

Very good clinic. The staff is above and beyond when it comes to care and knowledge. All Vets are expensive, but they do give discounts for more than one pet which helps greatly. The facility is fine, nothing fancy, but they make up for it in friendliness. Appointments are always easy to make. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and his team.

Dr Ross and staff are the best that I have ever had for any of my pets. I would recommend him to any pet owner. His staff is patient, empathetic, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Every inquiry about my pets health has been answered and they always provided me with what I should do to help my pet when he is stressed out.
