Appalled at this hospital. We have taken our cat to them since she was a kitten, and apparently they dont care about her or trust that we have thought about this a lot. In stead of putting our cat down, who is 19 years old and very ill, they make my whole family feel guilty for our decision by spending an hour suggesting we try other means.

Callbeck Animal Hospital has been caring for my animals for over a year now, and I am very thankful I made the switch. The staff as a whole are wonderful, and very welcoming. The Doctors diagnosed a skin condition in my 3 year old dog, that would have developed in her as a puppy, therefore was over looked at the previous clinic. Recently, my cat was due for her annual vet visit, she is not a good patient, so I was dreading this visit. The Doctor and Technician were fantastic. Worked quickly and did what needed to be done before my girl had a chance to react. It was the best she has ever been in a Vet office.Thank you Callbeck Animal Hospital for providing my fur kids with outstanding care!

I found this place to be ahuge money grab I have taken my dog there many times for the same illness and they cant find the reason why the dog is ill test after test and I am 3,000 dollars in the hole for completely nothing solved no wonder the have a brand new facility we saps haved to pay for it

HORRIBLE...they completely rushed my questions when dropping off my 16 year old cat for a glucose curve, only to find out the vet tech did not right down the proper information and almost killed my cat literally (she wasnt given her insulin). the vet was not concerned at all,charged me $155 and then told me to come back in a week so they could re try the test and that it would be around $200 the next test. please do not take any of your animals there if you actually care about them

I had my cat here. They cared for him with the same love that I would. The staff and the vets are really friendly caring and compassionate. The only negative thing is that they dont always call you back in the time frame that they say they will.

Great care our beloved pets. You have to let them know how far you are willing to go as far as expense is concerned. They have been extremely compassionate over the last 20 years with our dogs.

they are a "high sell" vet... they pester you on the phone consistently even after you switch vets....years later... Callbeck receptionists are still calling you for this that or the other trying to drum up $$ for their not so great vet's... get a life and try selling vacuums in your spare phone time instead of pestering folks

Beware.... They are uncompashionate crooks.... Convinced they needed to put my dog down... This was not something I could do 1 week before Christmas .. We started vigorous IV treatment and overnight care $1700 dollars later they gave up and told me death was inevitable for our dog. Their only option was a needle or to send our dog to a nearby hospital for further care. After trusting in their care and experience, I found out the only reason for this transfer was because the saturday vet wanted to go home and they didnt have anyone to care for my pet over the weekend. throughout this whole ordeal multiple tests were given and paid for,only to have amiture vet collegues to callbecks misinterpret results and lacked professionalism and compassion while caring for our dog. I finally removed our dog from their care. Thank goodness we trusted our intuitions and did not follow Dr Callbecks advice to put our dog down. 2 months later our dog is thriving.

Dr. Vaughn was great, informative, did not push expensive procedures that were not required, counter staff was friendly and efficient, I was seen at once, basic exam fee was very reasonable. Facilities were simple (in a strip mall) but clean and bright.

The staff at the Callbeck Animal Hospital are excellent. Friendly and caring to every animal and person that comes in. For procedures, they'll do whatever they can to help you and guide you to what's needed. I'd recommend the Callbeck Animal Hospital to everyone who has a pet.

As a pet care professional myself, I know the prices of supplies and medications/surgery and Callbeck does not mark up very high at all. They have reasonable prices and excellent staff. All but one Doctor. Dr. O'Reilly tried pushing useless procedures on my cat, when I knew they weren't absolutely necessary When I refused, she made me out to be a terrible owner. Every other Dr in here is good except her. Terrible people skills. Otherwise, very large and clean facilities, and front desk is very friendly.
