I know several people who have had bad experiences here. Me, for one and my cat is dead because of them. Another person's cat died also due to their incompetence. Who knows how many more. Plus their facility has no place for clients to wash their hands or use the restroom. Even their own personnel has to go elsewhere to relieve themselves! They claim to be low cost, but there are hidden charges. All they care about is money. I have seen them turn people away with no recourse. Don't be fooled by their website saying they are compassionate and care. They don't. All they care about is the money. I am a therapist and I know when a business is unprofessional. Please take my advice and do not go there. They may be okay for routine stuff but don't trust them with your pet's life. Find some place else with good reviews, of which by the way, they have none that I can find. Oddly, my review of them has disappeared and so have all the others on Yelp. Pets cannot tell us, but the pattern is there.
