We have only recently been taking our young adult dog to Beaver Creek and have found it excellent. Since we started going there we naturally decided to take our senior dog to be euthanized. Our beloved senior dog was struggling and hurting and despite staff not knowing her they showed her and us such great compassion and tender care during an extremely difficult time. We will definately continue to entrust Beaver Creek with the care needs of or beloved pets.

Dr Jared Louw is am amazing veterinarian! He gave my parent's dog excellent care. He is compassionate and patient. He was so kind to my parents and their little dog. My father said, I wish we found him years ago. I have had pets all of my life and I have never found such a wonderful , caring veterinarian! I cannot thank him enough, nor can my parents.

Absolutely amazing vet and staff; I cannot say enough about Dr. Raj, he has saved so many of our rescue kitties. I am with Purrfect Companions and am eternally grateful for all the TLC he and his staff provided to many of our cats that had a rough start and may not have survived without them

We love this vet. Their prices are fair and they are always friendly. They seem to genuinely care about the animals they treat.

I have taken all my animals to Dr. Raj and Beaver Creek Animal hospital. Regardless of the required procedure, Dr. Raj and staff have been professional, knowledgeable and caring with my animals. The staff are expertly prepared to answer any questions I pose. On top of their expertise, the clinic is very affordable.

My cat need every tooth he had extracted due to an auto-immune disease. I live in Northeastern Ont. and was given an estimate of $3000. This could have spelled the end of the road for Steven. So, I drove 7 hrs (one way) to have the procedure done at Beaver Creek. Steven is like a kitten again - happy, playful and full of life. I cant thank them enough for helping our boy at 1/3 the cost of a fancy clinic in Ottawa. He had no complications at all, the care was outstanding, and we almost cried with happiness when we paid his bill. It was a long trip for us and for Steve, but I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Absolutely fantastic!

We had an issue with our lab Sammy, three paws worth of issues, and Dr Raj was very caring and informative regarding the issue. When surgery was the agreed upon course of action the staff was very caring and helpful, and the cost was less than the quote even after some unexpected discoveries. Sammy is fine now and they still continue to call and check on his progress. We have found our vet for years to come.

Vet gave injection of medication to our cat without getting our consent first; I have since found out that's against the vet association regulations for that medication. Vet was not interested or concerned when we phoned him and said the cat appears to be having a reaction to either the vaccine or the other medication he was given, so no reports were filed with drug manufacturers. Cat appeared to have very painful, stiff joints and may have incurred lasting side effects, possibly arthritis. We've dealt with this clinic a few times. Most of the time there has been some mix up or confusion with paperwork. Staff told us over phone, without seeing the cat in question first, that they recommend killing cats that test positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus); that attitude is very outdated. Staff said clinic does not give IV fluids during or after spay/neuter surgery. Newer guidelines recommend IV support any time anesthesia is given.

Beaver Creek is amazing. Dr. Raj goes above and beyond what any vet should do. The entire staff is warm & welcoming. They take such good care of the Animal Aide cats who have to come in and I would take my cats there if I lived in St. Thomas. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
