Had been taking my cat there for years but last couple of times I picked him up after dental cleaning and he had been lying in urine soaked blanket. Yesterday I picked him up after his lion cut which took 8 hours! and he had two Knicks on his tail. Level of front desk service has gone way down, like your just a number to them and sarcastic blonde at the front desk, Definitely not a plus! I will changing his vet now.

Caring and compassionate. Very recently I had a very sick kitty and brought her in for tests etc. Dr. Sidhu was caring, the lead care aid was remarkably wonderful and compassionate. Needless to say I had to bring her in the next day and had fluids, antibiotics and exams done but because we knew the inevitable he did not charge me for it. The following day I had to put my cat down, and they were so compassionate. You can see they cared and truly wanted the best for my lil bean. I highly recommend them. I tried and they tried to make my lil bean better, but things just did not work out that way. Thank you for the card expressing sympathy and the personalization in it meant ALOT.

I cannot believe this clinic has all the best ratings. I had nothing but bad experiences starting from the very first time i took my puppy there. They are money hungry, misdiagnose so they can run more test, for more money, push their immunization shots on you pet even though its not necessary. My dog was misdiagnosed so many times and stresses out when we go there so I took him to another place. Stay away from this place if you can help it.

overall service was ok, i brang my cat their for a leg abscess that the had to put drain tubes in (they gave me use a bigger kennel to borrow for him) and sent me home with a $300 vet bill and drugs i had to administer for the next week or 2. The eastindian doctor seemed pretty knowledgeable. nothing really els to say i wouldn't recommend them but have nothing bad to say eather.

My dog had Degenerative Myelopathy but was misdiagnosed by this clinic with ACL injuries and performed unneccesary surgery then wanted to perform more surgeries and a 500 quote soon rose to 2000+ and much unnesccesary pain for my pet. Make sure you get more than one medical opinion but we learned the hard way.

I had an emergency with my puppy over a year ago. He became very ill suddenly while I was driving home to Port Moody from downtown Vancouver. He was vomiting and had diarrhea in my car. It was very scary because he was so ill. I was caught in rush hour traffic and I knew I would not be able to get to my vet in Coquitlam before they closed...so I stopped at Kensington Animal Hospital (which was on the way).The vet just glanced at my pup and then recommended I take him to the emergency overnight hospital in Coquitlam. The vet did not do one thing to help my dog...and had the gall to charge me for the so-called checkup. How cruel! He didn't even do anything to help my dog and charged me for it. Money-grubbing vet! I was so distraught over my dog that I paid the bill...but afterward I wished I had just walked out of there!! Pure example of no compassion or empathy! Just out for the buck! Please do not take your beloved pet here.

I have been taking my 2 cats to Dr. Sidhu for 4 years now and have had nothing but the best care. When one of my cats decided it would be fun to eat a poisonous plant, Dr. Sidhu and the staff nursed him back to health and thoroughly pampered him! Recently, at 19 years, I had to make the difficult choice to put that same cat down. Dr. Sidhu and all the staff could not have been more caring and comforting during this difficult time. Thank you! I will continue to take my other 19 year old cat to Dr. Sidhu and would highly recommend him to everyone.

My animals have been going to Dr. Sidhu for over nine years. even when clinic is closed during holidays and i have a question, he always speaks to me directly with advice. we moved away from bby and still take the time to drive back to their vet visits.

I used to work as a vet assitant and now I foster dogs for a rescue so I have taken MANY dogs to Dr.Sidhu and have always been impressed with his knowledge and treatment. He's even diagnosed some strange health problems in some of my rescue dogs. I have referred him to others and everyone has been happy and impressed and made him their vet. and he's had the same staff for 5+ years which speaks volumes as well!
