This vet is only about the money...we were going thru a tough time with our very ill family dog of nine years and this vet had quoted more than double of other vets to put her down. I will NEVER go back to this vet.

Took my cat there for a urinary block. It was an emergency situation and they were able to take him in and treat him right away. However he was released to soon and so doped up on painkillers he would not eat or drink. I have since taken him to his regular vet who has changed his medication and hospitalized him for longer and he is doing much better and is on the way to recovery. I was very appreciative that they were able to immediately take care of our cat but did not feel he was receiving the correct care to solve the issue. I do not have confidence in this vet and will not take my cat back there ever again. I now know in an emergency situation there is a vet in Langley opened 24/7.

They ask the all the questions,but they don t ask about the rating of the vet, what a joke. The own is a stone cold person, I brought my three cats in for thier rabies shot. My old cat was purring to much for her to hear her heart beat so she tapped the cats head with two fingers roughly, then when she was ready to give her shot she sprayed the soultion on her neck from a foot away. She harassed me over and over about different shots,blood tests,teeth cleaning,flea treatment. My cats have had all thier shots, she scoulded at me like I was a bad pet owner. She also treated the receptionist like she didn t know anything. The owner was no manners or people or animal skills. Rude as hell.

NEVER GOING BACK! What kind of vet is allergic to the animal? He did not even touch my cat to examinate for whatever the infection he was having. First thing he said was OMG I am allergic to Cat. But then I also had a dog at the same time. He barely touched and was afraid of him. He is small dog. Staffs were horrible too. Did not have good knowledge to explain what is what and Did not know What to say when I asked why the bill was so high! I had to go see another vet for my cat's problem. Which was done in few minutes. and my cat is all great!

My experience with alpha was wonderful. I just moved from interior and was looking for a good vet. My friend suggested me Alpha animal hospital . I went to check them out. Facility was very clean their prices were reasonable. I got my Bean's teeth cleaned. I could not expect any better prices and result. Job well done Alpha

Last week I got a 20 percent off coupon in the mail for a spay. I called the office and got an appt right away. They didn't tell me that my sweet puppy needed to fast. I got there and vet asked if she had eaten and Ii said yes she had her breakfast. He said he would wait for a few hours to do the surgery. He was also doing her back dew claws and a belly button hernia. At 6 o'clock he called and said she didn't wake up!! My puppy died, she was only 5 months old. He didn't give me any explain action as to what happened. I went there the next day as I was so devastated. Still no explanation about what happened. I told him he did not follow proper procedure and she was supposed to fast. He said no that was not the reason. He told my father they would do an autopsy and then called two days later and said I would have to pay for it because they did everything right. They told my Father they would cremate her for free. Never go there! She's gone now and I feel they screwed up ba

Finally a clinic which doesn't push or hassle you around. Honest and reasonable billing. My little boy is doing well now and is back to his normal self. Highly recommended.

We took Buzz there to get neutered because they sent a 20% card in the mail and I am a student. I did not know that they do not stitch up after neutering, just a piece of tape. Our cat is part Bengal and is very high strung, so an hour after bringing him home he was bleeding a lot. So we rushed him back and they took him in and stitched him up, told us they would keep him overnight to make sure he is fine, no charge. They had to go back in and tie him up again, as it came untied. They kept him overnight and till 4:30 the next day when I was out of school. He finally calmed down and slept after that, so he started to heal. I also bought "Sentry Calming Spray" which really helps Buzz calm down. They asked me to bring him in in three days, no charge again. They again kept him till I was out of school. I picked him up, he was happy and trying to investigate their computer. I really like Kaity at the front desk. So I cam glad they took good care of him.

I got my dog spayed from this clinic. It got infected, had to be taken to another vet clinic & the Vet there said that surgery was not done properly. Not impressed at all.

I have been taking my two dogs since they are open. Ever since then I got top notch service. They did AI on my 140 LB female and did a c- section with amazing speed and skill.Got 8 healthy puppies.I am very pleased with the services.I highly recommend Alpha Animal Hospital.

Can you expect anything good from a vet who is unable to speak few sentences grammitically correct? Yes she did misdiagnose my dogs illness & led to her early demise.pl do not take your pets to this vet.

Nice, clean facility, the staff and vet are caring and understanding, the vet can be hard to understand at times but overall I am quite pleased.

please do not go here. The doctor changes her diagnosis 100 times in a day and her English horrible. she should at least learn few sentences before talking to any client. I don't think this clinic will improve still she works here
