This is the worst emergency clinic I've ever seen. Recently, my dog contracted an eye issue and I brought him in. The lobby was empty when I arrived but it took over 20 minutes to be seen. 30 minutes later, I had to leave the exam room to ask for help. I insisted that they at least flush his eyes to relieve the pain, which they did 10 minutes later. I then waited for another 2 hours and asked again when my dog would be seen. It was only then that they told me that 2 dogs had arrived earlier who were in life-threatening situations and didn't know when my animal would be seen. I asked why I wasn't told that 2 hours ago, when I could have found another clinic. Because I objected, another tech implied I was being "abusive" - which was offensive and unfounded. I repeated my objections and left with my dog still in pain. He was treated without the slightest regard for his well-being. I will never go back to this arrogant, irresponsible, and thoroughly second-rate "clinic."
