DR CANDELA IS A RUDE JERK THAT NEEDS TO LEARN MANNERS! I have been using Banfield and have ALWAYS had a good experience. I recently moved to Jersey and this was the closest Banfield. My wife tried to reschedule an appointment for today for later on today and was talking to the secretary; then Dr. Candela grabbed the phone from his secretary and started yelling at my wife for, "Taking up half his day" and "He wasn't going to book another appointment for us because we were wasting his time." Of course this was incredibly shocking and I immediately called him back to confront him; he denied yelling at her, but I was right next to my wife and could hear him shouting from five feet away. I honestly have no idea what he is talking about; the Vet stays on duty during the whole shift; maybe he likes to sneak off when there is no appointments and is mad he couldn't leave the hospital during his shift, This guy has OBVIOUS ANGER ISSUES and I WOULDN'T TRUST HIM WITH ANY LIVING CREATURE!
