After 32 years of this clinic looking after my dogs I have gone to anothe vet. clinic. Up to today, I have always had my pets seeing Dr. Lee or Dr. Siread. My dog is ill and this morning I received such a rude, uncaring person taking my request for an appointment. I was told no appointments were going to be accepted due to the computer system being down! What? I explained that my dog needed attention immediately and still no help! I was told I could drop my dog off there and maybe she would be seen when the system as up and running! I explained that my dog has anxiety when visiting th vet but still NO compassion or understanding! I have taken my dog to another vet to find out she has a very severe urinary tract infection. Goodbye to Dr. Lee and Dr. Siread....perhaps you need to monitor your staff more closely as they are NOT advocates for your practices.

TRI MUNICIPAL VET IN SPRUCE GROVE IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOUR PET REQUIRES SURGERY. HALF IF NOT MORE THAN WHAT YOU WOULD PAY HERE AT CASTLEDOWNS VET.

Dr Lee look after all my pets the entire time, no matter what question we have, Dr Lee and the staff answer all our question and explain till we understand, highly recommend

I take my pets there for many years and I love Dr. Lee and Dr. Sired. BOTH are amazing vets and make me feel completely comfortable with anything I choose for my pets. Dr. Lee however normally runs late for every appointment I have never made but Dr. Sired seems very punctual. The building itself is old but you can see that they try to keep it fresh, I would suggest a new paint color maybe. I really like the rest of the staff that work in the clinic, especially the receptionist (the one with all the piercings) she is so sweet and understanding. I over-heard her talking with someone that just put there dog to sleep, she was so sweet and you could tell that she truely cared. Dr. Lee if you read this give that woman a raise! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic!!!

I'm so glad when I moved to Edmonton I ended up living near this clinic - since I've been going there it's easy to see why. Dr Lee and Dr Sired are very caring and compassionate not only to my pets but to me as well - even providing after hours care when my cat was very sick. They take the time to explain what's going on and what options are available. Very happy with their service.

The vets there are amazing. Very competent, thorough, and caring. Good bedside manner, very gentle, and up to date on all the latest research and treatments. There does seem to be a high turnover of staff, they mostly seem to be students or interns. Most of them are nice. After developing a rapport and the vets getting to know my dogs, I can now just call there and get a prescription for most of their common re-occuring conditions without going in for a checkup each time and paying the extra fees. I really appreciate that part.

Staff are very rude and very uncaring. Have been going to this clinic for many years and his current staff is the worst dr lee has ever had. Dr lee is a very caring and excellent vet but due to his uncaring and rude staff I will be looking for another clinic where my pet and I feel welcome.

Doctor Lee has to be the most kind and caring vet I've ever known in my life time. I have been taking my animals to him since I moved to Edmonton. Went my beloved kitten got sick he told me he would do everything in his power to try and save her but sometimes it's just not possible. Unfortunately it was the later and my kitten had to be put to sleep. He was nothin but kind and caring. The staff will ALWAYS send you a card of sympathy after a pet has past away. Big or small. I lost my hedgehog last year and when I went to pick up his ashes I was given a hug and a small packet of Kleenex. I can not express how wonderful this whole clinic is. You and your animals will be more than taken care of at castle downs animal clinic.

I have been bringing my two dogs to see Dr Lee and staff since they were pups in January 2011 and I now bring my kitten there as well. Both of my pups had parvo when I first adopted them from the SPCA and then one dog contracted glaucoma and a year later had to have both eyes removed. Dr Lee was always happy to answer my millions of questions about all procedures and treatments and he explains everything clearly. I would never consider taking my animals anywhere else. These people genuinely care about animals and do what they can to help. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and sympathetic towards owners whose pets are going through rough times. I drive half an hour across the city to come here and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The staff are fantastic and very caring. I take my pets to see Dr. Jennifer Sired, she is always caring and compassionate, you can tell she is in it for the pets not the money. I would never think about going to another clinic.

Excellent rather then just Good. Best clinic in town! Courteous, reliable, professional, compassionate. 3 dogs and 3 cats all taken care of by Dr Lee and front staff! Your choice, but I guarantee the best service if you go here! Walt and Tina JESSO

I've been coming to this clinic for years and seeing Dr.Lee. It is a small clinic where the staff actually cares about your pets health and they are not there just to profit off you and your pet. I would never think of going anywhere else.
