Very very difficult to communicate with the vet and he seemed very pushy because other walk in clients were waiting. Forced me to do unecessary procedures and didn't explain all the options available before surgery, will never go back again.

Vet explains things well and is very efficient. Dr.Du provides quality service and truly helps you understand your pet's situation. Price is cheap compared to other hospitals.

The doctor is available 24/7. However the clinic is really subpar when it comes to quality of service. My dog hurt his paw and I brought him in for the first time at this doctor. There was no vet assistant there just the vet himself. He ended up slabbing on some yellow goo on the paw which he double dipped in the container, then sent us home with antibiotic. My dog was walking even worse after the visit and the wound was still seeping blood and pus the next day. He also tried to sell me a USED chipped e collar (cone) for 20 dollars. His consultation fee is 55 but he barely checks your dog.

I know it doesn't look like those fancy hospitals that have high-end facilities, in fact it is not well decorated nor designed. However, I don't think that matters much for an animal hospital since I just have some physical exam and vaccination. Dr Wu was very patient to explain everything to me. Although he spoke in a very fast speed, his work was done excellently and efficiently. The most important part is that the cost was very fair. I brought two kittens on Sunday. The price he charged was about half of the other hospitals.
