Click to report rating    5/27/20   5     5     5     5   We’ve been coming to Highlands for about 20 years. We’ve been shown nothing but kindness and compassion and the staff are very helpful. RID: 69263
Click to report rating    2/23/19   1     3     1     1   Very disappointed with that my pet was misdiagnosed and no longer with me due to that fact. Go elsewhere for your pets needs. All they want is your money. RID: 67397
Click to report rating    1/30/19   5     5     5     5   Highly recommend Highlands Pet Hospital! Wonderful care, veteran doctors working there. Extremely impressed with the compassion demonstrated when I brought my puppy. RID: 67291

Click to report rating    12/6/18   5     5     5     5   My fur babies have had excellent care at Highlands Pet Hospital over the years. I trust the doctors and have experienced professional veterinary services every time my pets needed attention. It is my vet of choice. RID: 67088

Click to report rating    4/27/16   1     1     1     1   Brought our dog in 3 times in one week, and was sent home with 3 different diagnosis. Now $1000 dollars later, we have no dog and our hearts are broken. I'm sure it's a case of lack of experience that killed our poor dog... Never going there again. RID: 60410
Click to report rating    3/26/16   5     5     5     5   Staff seems to care as much about our pets as we do. RID: 60132
Click to report rating    9/5/14   5     5     5     5   Today I brought my dog to Dr. McFarlane. It was a sad occasion for me because he had to put my dog down. He was very kind, caring and shared a tear with me. I am planning to get another dog and there is no doubt I am bringing her to Highlands to see Dr. Rod. RID: 53420
6/27/14   1     1     1     1   I have brought my dog to this vet a few times and all I can say is they are trigger happy on charging you the 90-100 dollar examination fee, there is terrible customer service, and the food and medicine is overpriced. Don't let the woman vet fool you into paying! They will get you in the exam room and do whatever they can to wring more money out of you! I just want my dog to be fixed up. This place is a joke. The woman vet is extremely rude as well. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY ON NOTHING. RID: 52297

4/11/14   5     4     5     5   I have been going to Highlands for a few years now and Dr. Kristen is so awesome! She was so gentle with my dog and answered all the questions I had. I always feel like they listen to what I have to say and try to find the best solution for my dog. I would highly recommend! RID: 51006
Click to report rating    2/17/14   1     3     1     1   Wanted me to get a heartworm test because I moved from Ontario. The test would have been $90.00. She then was upset when I refused it because I said that when I went to the vet in Ontario he said that heartworm is not prevalent in Canada, only lower states in the U.S. She looked at me like I was a horrible person. Found out by watching the news and reading studies to find out the chance of a dog contracting heartworm in Canada is less than 0.01%. It's a cash cow for incompetent vets. You just have to worry about regular worms. They also took forever to come in the room and the price was ridiculous for only a brief look over of my dog. Never again... RID: 49894
