Dr Smith is a very compassionate Vet. He genuinely cared for my dog and he took the time to ask me how I was coping with my dogs decompensation. The staff at the clinic are all friendly and helpful.

Dr Smith is absolutely incredible. He is too young to be called an old fashioned country Vet but that is exactly what he is. He is a no nonsense, to the point Vet that doesn't waste time. He gets right to the heart of the matter and makes sure the animal in question is treated with respect and dignity. I trust him and all of his staff 100%. I am a third generation dog breeder that trust Dr Smith with all of my heart, he has never steered me wrong nor sugar coated a darn thing. His staff are wonderful too. They never pretend to know more than the actually know. They always are up front and very compassionate. All in all, this is the BEST clinic with the BEST Vet I've had in decades.

Dr. Smith and his staff are compassionate, caring, competent in both western and eastern care, and practical in understanding what my pet(s) and I can cope with, all at the same time. I have never been happier with a veterinary clinic in my 50 years of having pets.

It took several tries to find a vet that I was happy with. In my opinion, best vet in Victoria!
