Awesome clinic. The staff and vets are wonderful. I always know my pets are in good hands at Sundance Animal Hospital.

I absolutely love the vets and staff! They all work hard to ensure the best possible care is given to my pets. Occasionally my bill is a little higher than originally expected but that is how I know my pets are receiving the best possible care. I would rather pay a little more and know the vets are thorough than pay less and wonder about the quality of care being given.

The staff are ok but when I'm quoted $500 for spaying and shots and then take my dog in they add on $155 for every 10 mins($930 an hour). To pull baby teeth and then tell me it's an extra $100 if she's in heat. If you take your pet here make sure you are prepared to pay more than what they tell you on the phone. I'm very disappointed and angry that they didn't tell me this on the phone. Blood work is extra iv is extra. I thought it would all be included in the price but I was wrong. I'll be looking for another vet.

I have been taking my cat to Sundance for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the vets really know their stuff. I was quite nervous about putting my cat under anesthetic for a dentistry but Dr. McKellar really eased my nerves. The procedure went great and my cat's teeth are doing great!

The front end staff are for the most part good, with one exception (blood sample 'forgotten' to be sent so my dog had to come in the next day, stressing her out more, to retake the sample). Dr. Scott does not have a good understanding of calming signals and dog body language as she scared the daylights out of my dog, who had backed herself between my legs as Dr. Scott came head-on to her and russled her head. Everything about my dog said not to approach-that she was scared. Several times I have been in to see another vet, and have heard Dr. Scott's patients yelping, whining and crying in fear or pain. She has a very abrasive personality and mannerism with dogs.

Be aware that, Dr. Jennifer Scott
tends to misrepresent information and overcharge the patient. Procedure estimate she prepares is 1.5 times greater than the estimate for the same procedure made in other clinic. If she finds out that your pet was treated previously in the other clinic, she calls there and set up conversation/her inquire such a way, which damages your as a pet owner realationship with that clinic staff.
