Totally incompetent vets, don't waste your money. I brought my cat in on a Sunday after a night of continuous vomiting and there was nowhere else that was open. They took xrays, did blood work, charged me almost $700 and told me there was nothing wrong with her. I took her home and she had bloody diarrhea, would not eat and was lethargic. The next day I took her to my regular vet who diagnosed her with pancreatitis and treated her. The vet at ECVR should have been able to see this on the xray (they xrayed her abdomen) and/or bloodwork but they completely missed it. Their prices are crazy expensive because they prey on emotional pet parents. It would be one thing if they actually did their job, but to pay those prices and have them tell you there is nothing wrong, when there obviously is, is unconscionable.

I would not recommend this clinic! Expensive with horrible patient service. The is no "facetime" with the Vets. You only get to talk with a vet tech with a limited education. Long waiting times and rude staff. Go to NC State Vet School. A much better choice for your pet! I will never use them again! They want your money and do not have the pets best interst.

Took my dog in for surgical consult. Paid $88 & was told it was part of the surgical fee and would be deducted from the total cost of the surgery. The day I took my dog in for the actual procedure & was told the $88 was NOT part of the total cost! Bad business!
