Heaven forbid if you come as a walk in... I had to wait for over an hour all while staff were not busy and just talking and occasionaly walked by me without aknowledgement for the time I was sitting there with my dog with a broken leg. Lack of professionalism and emphathy. I walked out and went somewhere else and was seen IMMEDIETLY. Avoid Banfield Clinic.
