Recently I brought my dog for shots and grooming. They it would take 1 hr. I left my phone #, left and came back in an hr. However she was not done. After about 2 hours I them I had to leave. They brought her out and said she hit her eye on the dog cage waiting to be groomed but not to worry. I got home and her eye grew increasing worst. I called the office to get a better understanding of what happed and Dr. Nasio spent the whole conversation telling me how horrible my dog was. During the conversation he told me three different things happened to her 1) she hit her head on the cage 2) she was nervous and it cause her right eye only to swell 3) she was fisty and they "had to fight to calm the animal". Three hours later her eye cotinued to get worse. It was red and popping out. I ended up taking her to an ER care where they gave her various meds to decrease the pain and swelling as well as treat possible infection. I called Dr. Nasio to inform him and he did not care at all.
