Vet almost killed our 6 month old , 2 pound Chihuahua in May 2012!! He gave her a hard dog treat that was 1 inch in diameter and she soon started convulsing!!! He tried to suck out this hard treat but was unsuccessful so he blew it into her stomach!!! He gave her the 6 month shot and then had the nerve to charge me after almost killing our new pet! His reason for giving her the large dog treat for large dogs was that she refused the little one!! I think the other staff were okay but it is hard to remember when you're panicking over your dog's survival while also fighting the urge to punch the idiotic vet!!! My husband was also there to witness this stupidity!!!

Best vet I have encountered. Even though we moved out of town we continue to travel back here just for him. He keeps us informed, is pleasant and our dog loves him, which should tell you all you need to know.

Truly the best vet ever. He truly cares about your pets. We also take our rescues there and wouldn't trust anyone else. Has never let us down.

Please do NOT bring your cats to him. I am extremely upset with my visit to him. He did not do a thorough assessment at all and I wasted a lot of money for nothing. He seemed nice and staff was great but the "assessment" that he gave was horrible. Didn't even check vitals. Gave a once feel over, that was all. $300 later.. a very upset client. Mind you he may be great with dogs, heard great reviews for that.

I love this guy. An honest vet! He didn't have the facilities of a high tech hospital when I wanted a second opinion, but was honest when I needed a second opinion and directed me to full on hospital. The high tech expensive hospital admitted Dr Patel was spot on. I wish I had put my dog down through Dr Patel, I know it would of went better. He is a great Dr of veterinary medicine. He will always be my vet, while I live in this area. Harley loves Dr Patel.

Neat and clean facility with friendly staff. My dog loved this clinic did not wanted to go home with me after services.reasonable prices and do not sell unnecessary products or services.they explained me everything and give me best choices for my dog.i definately recommend to all of my friend and family.

I brought my dog in for what I thought would be a difficult and delicate operation, skin growths removed from under my dog's eye lid, and skin tags including a fairly large growth on his under belly. The vet assured me it would be a simple procedure and would be lasered off. I was extremely impressed!!! My dog required minimal recovery only as a result of anasaethia. My dog is 100%. The office is very clean and professionally run.I feel his rates are reasonable. I would
definitely recommend this office, he is easy going and not pushy and not just trying to get your $$.

After hearing about a comment made on here from an ex employee I felt the need to express my own experiences with this clinic. My daughter has worked here for over 5 years. She is a very strong and passionate woman that would never work in the conditions mentioned. The Dr is an amazing one who I have used since 2005. His passion for animals is amazing and he treats everyone's pet like his own. The staff are also all great and truly love there jobs. I felt that this slander made by an ex employee needed to be addressed. These statements seem to be untrue slander. I can say anyone that has ever had a pet in the care of this clinic will know what a great compassionate dedicated staff team this is.

Very good staff and best services provided by this dr and clinic. Above person does look like had any animal taken there. All staff members except dr are womens,out of them one lady works for more than five years and still going to work for future. Surgeries done with proper way including offers to client to watch surgery of their own pet at any time. They does not hide anything.

I used to work at this clinic for a few months, and I had to quit because of the owner of this business. He is from India and runs his own business in Angus, Ontario now. He is an extremely sexist man and is very open about it, except in front of customers. I used to assist him during surgeries and because I care deeply about animals, I found his practices to be inhumane. During the common spay and neuter surgeries, he would cut some of the necessary muscles to remove the organs and then rip the rest of it out. It was very hard to watch and I didn't understand why he didn't use the proper instruments throughout the entire procedure. He then got extremely angry at me and yelled if I made any comments about the whimpering animals and that I felt very badly for them. I witnessed a surgery that went very wrong as well and a woman's dog got a very bad infection afterwards. Please do not bring your animal to this man to save yourself the overpriced work that he does not care enough for!
