Vets are young & inexperienced. They conduct all kinds of tests & collect the money, but never arrive at a conclusion & keep clients uninformed. They do not respond unless prompted when phoned by a client. They are eager to pile on whatever extra costs they can. What a horrible experience we had & our pet is no further ahead. Recommendation: DO NOT use this facility. Not sufficient character space to add all the specifics.

Faciilty was nice, but felt vet was not prepared for my consult and didn't really listen to what I was saying. Basically 57 dollars and no further ahead. I felt she was too quick to judge with no concrete knowledge of my issue to back it up, and I felt like I was defending my situation when I paid money to look for a supportive resolve.

Absolutely awful. My cat was old and very sick. They misdiagnosed the stage of his disease (my regular vet correctly diagnosed end stage), billed me almost $300.00 over the estimate (had been told to call me if it went over a certain dollar amount), and were very rude. Many people have told me since that time that this vet is terrible with cats.

Priced a bit high. Dr. Green was excellent with our cats. Unfortunately, she isn't at the clinic anymore.

Took a kitten in there, and came across a intern, she refused to do a proper check of the kitten because she didn't want to get scratched! She said that, not me. The kitten was found in our front field abandoned and needed it's ears cleaned. She wouldn't do it, just said to take it home and do it myself. Then told me it was a female, gave it a shot, and handled it very roughly. Not a cat person? Never went back, and found a new vet. By the way, it was a male! When the vet can't sex a cat, then not the vet for me. (Not saying this was a regular vet at this clinic.)

Have not been going here for long, but so far I am very impressed with both the vets we have seen and with the animal techs as well. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and very willing to take the time to discuss issues in depth. Facility is a little out of the way on the outskirts of town but well worth the extra time it takes to get there!
