My mother had to make an urgent appointment because her regular vet wouldn't return her calls. She ended up getting an appointment with Kingsway Animal Clinic and saw Dr. Peach. She was very pleased and grateful for their quick appointment and service. She said Dr. Peach is a young girl that treated her dog very well and was very reasonable for price as well. Thank you Kingsway Animal Hospital and Thank you Dr. Peach for taking care of my mother's dog Peppita.

My dog became very sick and I was a complete mess. These amazing people made her health their number 1 priority. I am in a limited income position and that was completely fine. They worked out a payment schedule that doesn't put me in a bad position. I used a different vet for the past 10 years and they didn't care the way Kingway staff did. I recommend this animal clinic/ hospital to ANYONE who is in need of a group of people that really care about your pets before money. Emma is home now and if it was not for Kingsway and an outside source, she would not have come home. Pyometra!!! It can be deadly but it's not your only option. Thank you sooo much to everyone there

I have been to many clinics across Ontario, Kingsway is one of the better ones. The building is old, no denying that, but the people and treatments are fully up to date. They are not the most expensive by any means, nor are they the cheapest. They answer all of your questions and address all of your pets concerns. If someone didn't know the answer, they said so and found out. They were also happy to answer the questions I had when I got home. I have been to a couple of places where you only get one issue looked at per visit, no that, is a cash grab!! They offer tours so you can see where your pet is going, they let you be present if you want for the treatments. While I was there, I heard about financing options through outside companies, and about pet insurance options. I saw compassion for fellow humans and genuine love for the animals. I will be spreading the good word about Kingsway and its people to anyone in the area :-)

This clinic has changed! And not for the better! I had been going to this clinic for well over 20 years, they used to be fantastic, but now they are useless and uninterested. They don't care when an Animal is sick, they send it home to die, and then call you a few months down the line to try to sell you on "preventative" care. I will not be going back because I want a hospital that has options /solutions for pet health problems, not just costing me a ton of money to tell me there may or may not be a problem, and then saying good bye and pointing me to the cash out area.

I cannot understand all the negative reviews. Ive been bringing my cat here for 11yrs & always had a positive experience. The girls are always friendly & the hospital is clean. I never feel rushed or obligated to make a purchase.

I had my dog examined by a very hyper vet . The hospital is nasty place the exam room has fleas on the exam table and floor is very dirty . I will not go back again .

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. I find the staff friendly and helpful. I like that I don't have to wait very long to be seen.

overall disinterested vet that saw dog and prescribed wrong dose of meds and didnt even bat an eye about the fact either. Did not feel welcome there and the front desk reception is a miserable woman and it is oostly....gave me pain killer that i could buy at drug store for way way less cost....will never use them again

The vet who saw my dog was terrible. She lectured me in a nasty tone saying to never hit my dog, which I have NEVER and would never do! It was very upsetting and insulting. I could understand if he was shaking, acting stressed or scared but he was wagging his tail and happy. I asked her if there as a way to treat his tear stains and she had no clue, nor could she say what may be causing them. The one receptionist is nice, but the older one was usually rude both on the phone and in person. They are overpriced too. I stopped taking my dog after multiple unpleasant experiences there and am very happy that I've found a less expensive office with knowledgeable and friendly vets.

Front desk staff do nothing but talk about personal lives with one another. Their business hours say they close at 6:00pm but the latest they tell me I can bring my pet in is 4:30pm. ? The waiting room floor is always dirty, even with puddles of urine. There are shelves with bags of food in the waiting area, but for some reason, they only have some food on them , I always have to ask, and wait for what I need to come from "the back", yet, the shelves are 50% empty.... my dog got sick, and the doctors kept telling me nothing was wrong.... good thing I went with my gut feeling and finally took my dog to another vet....because I was right after all, and my dog was infact very sick! This place is only good for people who want to know where to go for their next vacation (thats the only thing ever being talked about.) I will never take any of my pets here again!

I was new to the area and Kingsway Animal Hospital was close to me. Everyone was very friendly when I got my cat fixed. They even called me after she was home to see if I had any questions. I will be booking in my old guy soon!
