Charged 700 dollars for very little care. Called my home when I specifically asked them to call me at work. Told my son the dog was ok. When I went to get her she was completely unconscious and the vet could not bring her around.sent non responsive dog home saying she had to give her so much siezure medication to get the siezures to stop. Sent her home with me. She never recovered. Vet spent precious time criticizing me for not spaying her while my dog was in crisis. That conversation could have happened later. The dog died. I left a message at the desk canceling the appointment for the next day as she had passed away. Vet called me anyway, saying " I thought you were bringing her in? The very next day, I got an e-mail wishing Bambi a happy birthday. Then later the same day I got another e-mail about services they wanted to perform for Bambi. This is not my first negative experience with this vet clinic but it will be my last.

While the Vets themselves do a good job, the support staff seems to be poorly trained. They are unable to keep records up to date and accurate. Then they have been argumentative and rude to us when we try to straighten out the problem. This has happened to us on more than one occasion. We have also had problems with getting seen at our scheduled appointment times. We've had to wait as long as 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, in the exam room, to be seen. While I would recommend the vets, I would not recommend the clinic itself.
