Went here when I adopted my puppy for a check up. The front staff was okay, didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing. When I was put in a room it was very run-down looking. When the vet came in she talked down to me like I was stupid. She would tell me a specific thing about the breed 4 or 5 times in a row even though I explained to her that I have another dog of the exact same breed at home already, she would then repeat herself another 2 or 3 times. All in all just made me feel incredibly stupid. She sent us home with some de-wormer which is fine but she told me i need to come back every 3 months to get more de-wormer as I need to de-worm my dog 4 times a year which is total crap. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS VET CLINIC EVER.

Dr. Leibe was referred to me through a friend. It was that time for me...the time to make that heart wrenching decision that you dread so much. Deep down, you know it's time, but you always wonder. During this extremely heart breaking process, Dr. Leibe treated my little angel like the princess she truly was. Thank you Dr. Leibe for allowing the last cuddle to be the most peaceufl and memorable one. Thank you for your compassion.

I have a hedgehog and because they are an exotic pet, I did a lot of research first. Albert North is absolutely amazing. I've taken her there for everything from check-ups to emergencies. My poor hedgie went into hibernation due to a spike in humidity and they got her in that day even though her vet was off. They have multiple exotic pet vets there and every one of them is knowledgeable and friendly. The front staff is so much fun and they love to see your animal. They took care of me right away and if the vet was running late, they always let me know and checked in on us in the room. They are reasonably priced and never overcharged me. If you have an exotic pet, I suggest you take them here. All of the staff are amazing. I'm getting a cat at Xmas and I will be taking him there for sure.

I have always used this clinic and therefor am unable to compare but why go elsewhere when you already have great care for your best friend.

I have only seen dr fisher, but I love her. she goes above and beyond for my pets, my rabbit has a chronic illness and dr fisher will come in on her day off to treat her, call from home to check on how she is doing, her prices are very reasonable considering all she does. she is great with my birds as well and she knows her limits which I think is super important, she never lets ego get in the way of proper care.

Have taken my two dogs here for 7 years. The vets and support staff are very friendly and caring. They present you with a number of options for any given problem, going over the implications and cost of each.

We've taken our dog to this clinic for 9 years and she receives absolutely excellent care. Drs. Eatock and Fisher are particularly great vets; they are proficient in their duties and they truly care about their patients. We will never take our dog anywhere else.
