I love the fact that there are three caring vets who can treat my house pets and my horses under one roof! I like the fact that the clinic also offers acupuncture in addition to traditional veterinary medicine. The techs and office staff have been wonderful to me anytime I have been there or phoned. No complaints about this clinic at all!

Excellent facility, great vets! Vets and techs are very personable, and clearly love animals. The front desk staff are generally not as friendly - unsmiling, uncommunicative, almost surly at times. And it is almost impossible to get a return phone call regarding appointments and questions about treatment. I had to stop in and speak to the vet directly after I left several messages about a sick pet not responding to treatment and *never* got a call back. I have also had much better luck e-mailing the vet directly with my questions, so I presume it's the front desk staff that's not following up on messages.

First rate vet care. Very pleased with level of service and prices are very reasonable. Love the facility being on a working farm. Extremely good diagnostics and treatment methods. I have been to several vets and would rank this vet clinic number one! Highly recommend! Dr.Giza was able to diagnose the cause of an ongoing ear infection when the last vet clinic where he was seen just a month ago told me all was clear and fine - when I absolutely knew there was still an issue. Thank goodness I decided to seek a second opinion because it is the very act of cleaning the ear that is causing the issue (cleaner is being trapped deep inside the ear)!

IT is very hard to get a return phone call from this practice. They had two vets, and they recently lost one unfortunately as she was very good. Great vet, but hard to get an appointment or return phone call.
