DON'T take your animal to Banfield Pet Hospital in Washington, PA!
They poisoned my dog!
The Female vet, gave my 19-20lb dog a script for a 90 lb dog!
I had to take her to an emergency vet at night after I gave her the medicine, for she
was foaming at the mouth and excessively vomiting over and over.
I went back to Banfield the next day. It was confirmed by the male vet, that my dog had been overdosed.
The office "Practice Manager"
She refunded the money for the medicine, yet would not cancel my plan without wanting to charge me
$400 because of regular priced visit if I did not have the plan!
$400! FOR POISONING MY DOG!I DON'T THINK SO.
She was unprofessional and not helpful in resolving this matter.
She did not tell me that I could make a claim with the corporate office! Which now that I have talked to corporate,
I found out that is a no, no for her not let me know this.NOW, they expect me to pay for negligent treatment by the vet for my dog.
