Beware.... bad advice and will only give you attention if you they think you pay for all unnecessary services. Things were not explained about my cat which could have prolonged the cats life. $300 for bloodtest which was not fully analysed and questions by email were not responded to, as has been promised. I have spoken to other vets which gave much better attention, without even having to pay for consultation. I am amazed they can stay in business and can only guess it is due to very no government oversight of animal hospitals in Quebec... and the little that there is, one wonders at. Avoid this place.
