This clinic is wonderful and have friendly caring staff, they are just sometimes running a little behind or it is hard to stop in to purchase medication for your pet.

I have been going to Southside since I moved to London. When my last pup passed on the staff was so compassionate and loving. They even sent me a card a week or so after saying how sorry they were for my loss. They have been great getting my current pup in last minute if there seems to be an emergency. Facilities are always clean and the staff is so friendly with my pup. He actually looks forward to going in and getting attention. They have always been honest and upfront with me, including the costs associated with any procedure, they don't try to hide it (or only tell half the story) like other places I have been too.

Both the owners of this clinic are non professional. They act as they care but they really do not. I seen them treat there staff really poorly in front of customers. They are even cold towards their customers too. It says a lot about who they are. Nothing great was done to treat my pet. I only chose them cause they were close and am switching after bad experiences everytime I go in. After seeing poor staff handling there's no way I would have then treat my pet. They should be ashamed.

Southside animal clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever taken my animals to and I've been to many. The staff are so amazing with my dogs and everytime I have a dog related emergency they have always seen us right away. Prices are very affordable and facilities have always been so clean. I followed this clinic around through 3 moves and drove across the city just to be able to bring my dogs in. Thanks for all that you do!

This vet is amazing! I had just switched from Pine Valley to them (don't get me started on how awful Pine Valley is) and I'm very impressed! They are much cheaper than Pine Valley (and a lot of other vets in town) and their service is top notch. Their facility is brand new. So clean. My pup loved the staff. I highly recommend them@
