They advertised that they dealt with "difficult dogs" got lots of attention during the day and walks during their boarding period. None of this was further from the truth. My dog is not aggressive at all, yet someone "Untrainable, crazy dog who cant be in crate!" I sleep with him in a crate every night. I mentioned they advertised to be able to deal with it aggressive and bad behavior dogs (Mine just has social anxiety), and his response was "I was not warned" Even though i know for a fact my wife told him in person this morning, he didnt listen. Then claimed I wasnt there and didnt know what I was talking about. They tried to charge us for damages that he can't prove was done by my dog. I asked for a recording so I can see the social interaction and he had nothing. Asked what his supervision was that he advertised and there was a guy standing in another room through thick doors and glass, not even with him. He only cares about money, not pets. Dont waste your money or time here.

I don’t understand how they get positive reviews . They just want your money and don’t care about your pet. The dr Was unprofessional and didn’t have any knowledge.Didn’t responses to any of my questions.took many tests that cost us 1000+ but couldn’t find the problem!

Brought my dog here to get stitches. Vet was not wearing gloves during procedure. I did not see the vet perform any hand hygiene especially during covid times. The vet was rude and unprofessional when we were asking questions. Just a bad experience overall.

He is Very caring and passionate about animals. Take good care of my pet for long time even after death of my dog i still recommend him to all my friends and family

Dr. Kafai is very compassionate. Available for all emergencies. After my last dog passed away I even received a condolence card from him. He is gentle, caring and my current dog really likes him. Can't ask for more.

Vet had very conflicting stories on what was wrong with my dog! Very loud in the clinic! Bed side manner horrible and wastes time by bashing other vets in the area!

horrible vet. I took my dog for professional grooming. She was not groomed properly at all it was obvious the vet had groomed her himself and lied and said someone else did it. He missed multiple spots on her body. Said they gave her a bath but didn't. I asked for a rabbies vaccine and a check up, when I went to pick her up he had charged for a heart worm test and lyme disease test without telling us. He is a thief!

Dr kafai is very professional and a genuine vet . I have been taking my dog to his clinic for over 11 years now it's always clean . I have always recommend his clinic to family and friends and they are extremely happy .

Dr Kafai is amazing, wonderful facility and always available for his patients. We have been taking our cats to him for years and he has seen them through some tough health issues. Highly recommend

Awful service and very unfriendly vet. I have been manipulated into paying more than needed to. I do not recommend this vet at all. Also a very empty clinic.

Not happy with the service, professionalism, and not clean. Do not recommend to take your pets to Dr Kafai. Hospital is NEVER busy, which is an indicator to not go there. A good vet should be busy with appointments,.

I have had dogs, cats and birds for most of my life I have also breed purebred dogs. I would NOT recommend this clinic. The doctor studied in Europe, and doesn't seem to know much "modern" vet techniques. He will basically not do dentistry, as he says there are always complications and the cost always ends up higher than quoted and people get upset. A professional vet provides a proper quote if they actually look at the dog. As another reviewer said his prices are very high, when asked about it he will substantially lower it to "appear" he is giving a deal. There seems to be a constant turnover of staff anytime I drop in to buy food a new person is there and I ask where the other people are and I am told they are no longer with us. The area looks clean but it is old and outdated. Definitely not a modern clinic look to it considering it has only been opened about 2 years at this location. If you love your pet STAY AWAY.

Dr. Kafai is always available to see my dog. He is patient with us and takes the time to explain what is wrong.

Please stay away. I have had dogs all my life this doctor knows nothing. I asked where he study to become vet he got mad and said why does it matter.He wanted 400 to do ultrasound then said 100 so I paid it. Hes ultrasound is a old laptop with a cord looks like scrap.

This hospital is located on Yonge Street Just south of 407, with lots of free parking, experienced and loving animals ftaff.
