Simply THE BEST!! Dr. Sarah is absolutely amazing! My family’s pets have gone to Dr. Sarah for many years and I know there is no better care for my fur baby than Sarah and her team. Sarah can be brutally honest, but that is part of why we love her. You would be very lucky if she was able to take on your pet as she always has a very full schedule. But when your pet is ill she will always find the time to sneak you in her jammed packed day. If you choose Dr. Sarah you can expect calls from her early in the morning and late at night, because she cares! Sarah requests you update her frequently on your pets condition when they are ill, and if you forget to she will be calling you at 6AM for that update. BECAUSE SHE CARES! No other vet will chase you like that to make sure your pet is okay. Think of Dr. House, she’s the vet version. Yes she can be blunt, but I don’t need a vet who will kiss my ass I need one who will give my pet the best care possible. That’s Dr. Sarah, the very best!!

Agreeing with previous post-EXTREMELY RUDE. I call on a saturday for emerg3ncy vet visit and get a call monday morning before 7am, waking me up. I called back to find out why they called me so early and the lady says well i am returning YOUR phone call (i never left a message) and doing you a favor. I said why are you calling before 7am she said well she starts at 6 and was doing me a favor calling me before she leaves in 15minutes. WHY DID YOU CALL ME BEFORE 7AM FFS. This is pathetic. What a crusty old c***.

Dr. Sarah has been our vet for our 2-cats for a few years. She's outstanding in so many ways. Her staff are what you'd expect - professional, understanding, courteous - I could go on. If your pet(s) are terrified of going to the vet, check her out.

Dr Sarah has been our family vet for 18 years. Thru 4 dogs lives she has done everything I would expect and more. 2 of our fur babies had the luxury of dying at home with their loved ones. And any time we have a dilemma she works with us to solve the problem. I recommend her to anyone interested in finding a kind and caring vet.

Dr.McNeil has by FAR surpassed the level of care, genuine concern and expertise that I Ever would have expected from Any vet!! She has phoned me at least 3 times on her own accord, just 3 weeks after coming to my home and diagnosing my senior cat with a rare tumour. She calls herself, not her staff, and her help, diagnosis and medical treatment recommended has been a blessing. Dr.McNeil is unlike ANY other vet I've ever experienced, she is So patient- spent 2+ hours at my home with my ill senior cat. I cannot thank her enough and will NEVER take my pets to anyone else! She is truly truly the best vet you'll ever get to work with. Highly recommended

I had nothing but a horrible experience with this vet. I was concerned with the health of my dog while under her care. The good Dr. kept saying there was nothing wrong with my dog. Dr. Sarah said my sheltie dog was under stress and would not survive the stay at a boarding facility. I knew in my heart it was not stress. I immediately took her to another vet, they had to do emergency surgery to remove a very large tumour. If I had never taken my beloved pet for a 2nd opinion, I would have lost her. The tumour could be felt through her belly, it was that large. I called the office to let them know of there mistake. Never received a call from Dr. Sarah. Dr. Sarah also misdiagnosed another one of my dogs with aggressive behaviour problems. When in fact she had thyroid problems. One little pill turned my aggressive dog into a sweet, cuddly pet. So Glad I trusted my instincts to run!!!

Love Sarah McNeil, her team and her "shotgun medicine"! Once again she has saved one of my pets with her expertise. Over the years she has been a blessing to many pets for our family and I highly recommend her service. Awesome care, critical followup and the convenience and comfort for your pet of having care performed at home.

She is a caring and thoural vet I wouldn't have any one else look after my dog. A truly dedicated vet ! She takes the time to explain things to you tells you what things to look for , so she can get an accurate diagnosis.

Dr.Sarah is wonderful. She is a wealth of knowledge and puts it to good use. She cares for 4 of my pets. 2 young cats a senior cat and my staff/lab cross Ralphy. She pays such close attention to my pets that I often forget that she has other patients. Sarah has just done surgery on my Ralphy and 2 hrs after we returned home she had called to check in on him. First thing in the morning before she started her work day she calls to see how he is doing and if there are any problems. This is the level of love and care that you will not get anywhere else. I surely have the best vet ever! We love you Sarah!

Dr. Sarah McNeil is thorough in her attention to detail and demonstrates a current knowledge of treatments, regional diseases, and medications. She has a mobile service that diminishes your pet's stress level by being attended to in your own comfortable home environment. Dr. McNeil is accompanied by an exceptionally qualified assistant who is also very knowledgeable and has a gentle manner with your pet. They arrive on time, bring weigh scales and all necessary equipment, and are able to provide a high quality vet service in as minimal a time as possible, while allowing as much time as necessary in order to explain various concerns or potential concerns. I felt at ease with their presence in my home, as did my saluki (who is normally a very reserved hound). My confidence in Dr. McNeil's capabilities and sensitivities were reinforced throughout the visit. Dr. McNeil is a seasoned vet who understands life from the vantage of a saluki.
