This facility treated my daughters dog for an illness and gave her two injections that were not authorized or part of the original estimate that was given before treatment. We tried to get a refund of $40 and was treated horribly by the office manager who stated that she was tired of dealing with the issue and we could go elsewhere if we chose too. This facility has no customer service and the office manager should be fired for talking to clients the way she spoke to my daughter and I. I would not take my rattlesnake there......
