I recently inherited a small dog as my husband's sister passed away. We found out the dog was pregnant. I had an emergency with 5 puppies as the mother was very lethargic after giving birth 2 days later. I was totally disappointed with the after hours services. They would to provide me any access to the emergency services as the dog was never seen by them in the past even though I had 2 dogs already registered under their services. I did provide feedback to them with no response. I was hoping they you would changes their policies if you are registered with them we should have services. I was very disappointed. I'm in the process of finding a veterinarian that would provide services to anyone for emergencies. Now I'm hoping to have all 5 puppies seen and mom by a reliable hospital that will provide emergency service. Something to think about and hope this will never happen to your dog.

Absolutely disgusted, brought our dog in for x-rays as he was in pain, gave him meds, after 5 days still not better, took him to Sturgeon and they have been waiting since 9am for airport to send over x-rays, was told 15 to 20 minutes at 11:30 am, it is now 1:05pm and Airport still has not released the x-rays, paid over $750.00 and I guess they figure let the dog be in pain a little longer, spoke with the vet at airport to see what the hold up is now, and he says he will send them after he has lunch, And they are suppose to have compassion for animal's. Unflippant real,

Absolutely the worst vet in town, I cannot believe they are still open. When his office was on mckeown he killed 2 of our cats during a routine neutering.. both animals suffered terribly for 2 days after bringing them home from the procedure and died within that same week. These cats were totally fine before going there. The vet obviously realized it was his fault because he bought us another cat and offered to do the procedure for free. This cat can no longer meow because the tubes he used for the anaesthetic scraped his vocal cords. It makes me sick to think people are unknowingly bringing their beloved pets to these clowns. Really, they should be in jail for the countless animals they have harmed/ killed. Please pay a few extra dollars and take your pets anywhere else!!

Dr. Sidhu and his excellent staff worked diligently to assess and determine the correct path of healing for our little Bijon mix dog, Maizie, suffering from kidney issues. She is on the road to health and gaining back the weight she lost as well as regaining her sweet disposition and energy. Thank you

Once again the Docs/Staff at AAHospital rose to the occasion in treating my new pup Ranger Jr. with a shattered rear-leg. After surgery (screws, plate) in an attempt to repair the leg failed amputation was the only option (beyond euthanasia). The initial surgery was expensive although still cheaper than other clinics. The Docs were empathetic to my bank account and time-off from work to care for the Range; gave me a considerable credit to offset the additional expenses in amputating his limb. My boy is now good as new and ripping around like my other 4 legged boyz. The staff at AAH...set the bar for exceptional caring service. I drive 3hrs round-trip to see them and will continue to do so... as they have demonstrated putting the well-being of my pets ahead of their financial gain. And THAT is unheard of...in today's world. THANK YOU...Dr.Sidhu, Dr.Bassi, and girls. You are all ANGELS!

This place is absolutely the worst vet I've ever been to. My dog was in a fight early this morning with a coyote my dog ended up with a 1 inch cut on the inside of his leg the vet tells me that this bleeding gash is an old injury from at least two or three days ago. Very not true my dog is by my side almost 24 hrs a day. I start each day with a belly rub I would have seen this cut most definatly besidea that I have all white carpet and all my bedding is white would there not be blood in my house ? Then proceeds to tell me from a less then thirty second exam witch I paid 50 dollars for that he now has to have intensive surgery he did not even see the half inch gash on his shoulder great exam so as I pointed it out he said this cuts require drainage tubes and that he has to have all of this amazingly infected tissue removed again no infection present. Half a bottle of peroxide in a one hour old wound. I get the dog fixedcomes back to me with a now inch deep by four inch and a bill of 650

The vet barely took time to look at my dog. He walked away when I had many questions I wanted to ask regarding my dogs health.

We have been taking our pets to airport animal hospital for 9 years and have been extremly pleased with every single thing that I have brought my animals in for. Dr. Sidhu,Dr. Bassi and there staff care for my pets and they treat like their own. This hospital is modern, clean and very well equiped. They offer specialized surgerys as well and if your pet has been recommended to get any special procedure done out of town, I will strongly recommend to give them a call before you make that expensive trip. My dog had both his knees operated upon and he is acting like a puppy again. Thanks docs for the job well done. Keep up the good work.

Conartist. Said my dog needed $1600 surgery(or she would die) in the first 10 seconds we were in the exam room then told me to book the surgery with the receptionists but he never actually examined her until i complained to the receptionist that he didn't even examine the dog.
second time in the exam room(he looked at her for another 30 seconds). tells me she has an ear inflection. so they sell me medication.
so turns out the the medication didn't clear the problem because he misses the fact she had ear mites.
Also the infection the Vet told me that would kill my dog if she didnt get surgery, cleared up on its own and she acting like herself again.

I used to take my little kitty kat miles and her sisters to the North Bay animal hospital however i heard from some friends at our cat play group about the pricing at the Airport Animal hospital and i have to say i was extremely satisfied! My miles loves to tear up the sofa so i sadly had to have him declawed, the north bay animal hospital gave me a quote for just over $300 which seemed high so i checked with this vet and had it done for much cheaper! The quality of care was phenomenal and i will be returning here with my 6 cats for all future treatments!

I'm writing to send my sincerest thanks in the treatment of my dog Ranger. Once again, the staff and Vets at Airport Animal Hospital offer the greatest care through surgery and follow-up. As an 'out of towner' with a 3hr round-trip I requested that ability to self-medicate Ranger to assist him as he ages thus offering him increased comfort. Dr. Sidhu was kind enough to honour my request in consideration of my drive and the interests of the well-being of my dog. I am a new client to the clinic (2 months) and am humbled by the treatment, empathy, understanding, and that the staff/Vets actually 'listen' and respect the wants of their clients. I fell lucky to be a client of AAHosp in knowing my dogs and I will receive the utmost care. Their motto: "WHERE ANIMALS COME FIRST" is most certainly exemplified by the actions of Staff and the Vets!

My dog was quickly misdiagnosed with Kennel Cough and imediately dismissed, because of a contamination risk to the clinic which was already contaminated by her after our long wait for a scheduled appointment. In fact she had internal bleeding caused by a tumour on her spleen. Two weeks later she was too sick to treat and I was forced to put her down. I had issues with getting information from the Doctor, or mis-informed of treatments. Sure, they have good prices, but you get what you pay for. Don't book an appointment late in the day, you'll cut in to their going home time. Very saddened and disappointed by the Doctors. Staff are as good as they are allowed to be.

Unfortunately the staff does not seem to like being asked questions (I think it's important to understand what's happening with my pet and what I am paying for) and the check ups are faster than at my previous vet giving the (potentially incorrect) impression that there are some things being missed

This vet wrongly diagnosed our rabbit which resulted in a delay of proper treatment. The prices were low but we switched vets to address the problem and not the misdiagnosis.
