Today was my first visit and it went great. Everyone here is so friendly. I loved our vet Dr.Reid. She is very thorough and took her time. Not just that, but she is so down to earth and super funny! I was worried I would get judged or scorned because I hadn't taken my dogs to the vet in while, but she is so nice and very understanding. She gave me recommendations for my dogs and never once made me feel guilty. Everyone has their own opinions, but it's worth seeing for yourself. Also the prices you can't beat. They don't do anything without telling you a price. I highly recommend Thomas Beath! Thanks again!

Dr. Reed is the best! I love the people there, especially the two Liz's. Seems to be managed well and the staff is knowledgeable. Affordable prices too!

I found this place because my dog Sara needed to be spayed and I was on a budget. They were cheap and the staff were very professional, and most importantly they seemed to genuinely care about her. We were told everything went perfectly and she recovered quickly. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be coming back for her shots and as she gets older.

I am so glad I found this place. It's so affordable!!! I love that they don't try to keep selling me things I don't need like the last animal hospital I went to. The doctor really took her time and seemed very caring. I'll be back again!!!

The will tell you an amount and ask you if you agree to do the labs and then later will say that it is more, in my case went from $176.58 to $256.58. I will never take my pets back to this clinic, avoid.

Very disappointed avoid at all costs!! This clinic has now became obsessed with the almighty dollar! More concerned with performing elective surgeries then taking care of acute issues

Staff is rude, unprofessional, uncaring and inept! My dog was to be spayed Wed, April 2,giving her enough time to heal before our vacation. They called Tues. April 1, said I missed my app. that morning. I said appt. was for the next day, Wed. April 2. Staff said I was wrong and would have to reschedule to Fri. or Mon. 1)I could not miss work either of those days. 2) Our vac. was in 16 days, she needed 14 days to heal. She said to have her spayed after the vac, I had already told her boarding facilities won't take unsprayed dogs. She said it wouldn't matter if she was healed as she would be kenneled so no dogs would be able to bother her. But the facility I chose has dogs play together. Manager also rude, said it was my fault for missing appt. I FOUND my appt. conf. stating the date and said I'd show her. She said it didn't matter. Almost in tears, I said I'd have to cancel vac., lose my money, etc... and this was not fair. She said perhaps I should choose another vet!

Stay away from this facility. Had a very bad experience here....staff is combative. Vet care is minimal at best. Horrible......had to have surgery redone/corrected.

I found this Vet through Groupon. The Groupon was $225 for $450 worth of dental cleaning and extractions. The Groupon didn't say that it is only valid for one pet per household. I have two dogs, so I called the office to confirm that they will allow me to use the $450 worth of Groupon for both dogs. The lady on the phone insured me that I can use it for both dogs. I even called her back a second time to confirm since I was driving two hours to get their dental work done. When I arrived, there were a couple of fleas jumping on my dog. The technician was great! However, the lady at the front desk was rude. She told me that they won't honor the Groupon for two dogs and what person would think that they would. She also said she spoke to the director who told me they would and she said I misunderstood her. So I drove two hours for nothing. She informed me that I can take my dog if I have a bad taste in my mouth for them not honoring it. I am extremely dissatisfied. Extremely misleading!!!

I had taken my cat to this clinic to be spayed and have her shots. The woman behind the desk kept referring to my cat as a dog, which worried me quite a bit. When I picked my cat up after her surgery and shots, she was covered in fleas. I had to wait until after her recovery to give her a flea bath and further medication. Also I did not receive a cone to prevent her from agitating the incision site. I assume this to be because they do work a lot off of donations and probably didn't have any available. I can say my cat recovered completely and all seems to be very well. Considering the price I paid for their services, I can't really complain too much. All in all, the staff seemed just a little unorganized and I would have rather not dealt with the fleas. Other than that, I would still recommend this clinic to those on a budget and believe they deserve some help with donations from the community.

The staff was friendly. I am on disability. They discounted the bill. I am so grateful to them for that and because my ct shedba is okay now. This is a vet with a heart.
