By far, bar NONE the very best in veterinary care. Everyone is incredibly amazing ,I cannot express enough how very very impressed I am. I recommend them to everyone I know with pets. They are worth driving to from Kitchener, Stratford wherever. Luckily I am in the area, I am so grateful to them for everything they have done for my pets over the years . We have lost 2 in 2014 but I know that the staff has done everything they could and they also took care of us as well . They are so amazing!! Please take your furries there for the very best in care

I'm very happy with this clinic. I have both a cat and a dog Both. Dr. Ricker and Mueller are very competent and compassionate. The staff are very good too. The prices are very fair . . . in line with the area. Both vets are very thorough and honest.

The vets and the staff at this clinic provide excellent service. Dr. Mueller has been the main vet treating my animals, and she has consistently provided compassionate care to my dog and cat. She has even called me on her day off to find out how my cat was doing on his pain medication. The staff have always been able to squeeze in appointments for me, even at the last minute when necessary. It's evident that they truly care about the animals that they are treating. The prices are not cheap, but I think that they are comparable to other vets in the area. My dog has always been terrified of going to the vet, but he actually likes going to this clinic!!
