Dr Dominic Sanzo and Dr Rachel Mackereth showed so much compasion at a very difficult time for me when I had to let go my cat. All this, in addition to excellent medical care. Thank you!

Do not ever bring your pets to this clinic! Dr. Bruce Stuart runs this place and he knew our puppy had a heart condition in march 2017 but DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! about it. When our puppy got sick in December 2017 - he said we should have taken a 'video' of our puppy having his seizure! What kind of an idiot is he! He does not care about pets at all! He should be stocking shelves somewhere all by himself.

My cat has been going to this clinic for a number of years, they trim the nails. Yesterday we attended and when I brought my cat home, she’s limping on her back leg. I called the clinic to let them know my cat (10+ yrs. old) was injured, the my cats file supports she has been diagnosed with arthritis. The tech person informed me that they had a difficult time doing the one back leg, but they got it done. The person at the front reception I spoke with informed me that the cat may need sedation next time. Or they won’t do the cats nails anymore. This clinic was recommended to me years ago by Slate River Vets who had cared for my cat. In my cats file is directions from Slate River on how to cut the toenails successfully. The receptionist lacks empathy and to say the clinic wont’t do my cats nails anymore is terrible. What happened to caring for animals?

This is the worst place to go. Dr. Bruce Stuart is an idiot. He knew my dog had a serious health condition but he did absolutely Nothing about it!

We needed a vet when we rescued our cat. This was the most convenient place for us and they offered a kitten package. The first vet we saw told us totally different things than the one we saw at her one year check up. And the third vet at her two year check up told us yet another thing. As I used to work at a pet store and a kennel, I have some pet knowledge which I told the vets. The first two vets barely cared what I said and had an agenda of selling us their vet specific food despite her being in good health. We were told she was fairly overweight in quite a demeaning way (she was 10.3 lbs and should be 8-9). The third vet (Dr Smith) took his time with her (she stresses out there) and took the time to discuss my concerns. So she is not overweight, but at her upper limit near 12 lbs (ideal of 10.5). This last time was their last chance and they certainly redeemed themselves.// Reception staff are friendly and efficient whether on the phone or in person.

We've been clients of this vet clinic for years. The entire staff has been exceptional through the health and welfare of all of our pets.

This has been our primary vet for over 25 years, and they have been nothing but knowledgable and compassionate. Dr. Jeff Kubinec was our first vet. His care of our dogs has been exemplary and he went above and beyond to treat our dogs, particularly the two who had cancer. He was always available when we had what I call panicky-idiot-owner questions and never made us feel like panicky idiots. We wish him a well-earned retirement. Dr. Stuart, who took over the clinic, is a fitting vet to pass the torch to. He wears his love and concern for our dog on his sleeve, even when she growls at him. (She's a bit of a Queen.) Our dog is 2 years past her expiration date due to his knowledge and care, and as pet parents know, every extra day of quality life is an irreplaceable gift. We don't have much longer, but we do know that, when it is time to let our girl go, she will have received the best vet care we could hope for. For that, we are grateful.

Great staff and awesome vets. The vets actually consult with each other. They get second, third, etc, opinions. I was told this by a vet who was there on contract. This vet was very impressed and said it’s a rare thing to see. They saved 2 of my cats’ lives and never once gave up on them. Test results are explained and copies are provided by staff. I’ve been a client since they were the balmoral Clinic. State of the art facility that uses gas anesthetic and laser surgery. They’re worth every penny.

Hacks! All of them have no idea what they're doing. My****zu was was coughing a lot and three different vets at this hospital all prescribed different medications and none of them worked. Blood tests came back with liver counts off the charts due to prednisone and they said that they didn't know why it was happening and to keep giving her prednisone. I finally went for a second opinion and different hospital took her off of meds right away and gave her puffers she has never breathed better in years. I had been taking my baby to these hacks for ten years and lord only knows what kind of damage they have been doing to her over the course of a decade. Don't take your family member here if you love them

Don't bring your beloved family member here as they care nothing about them only interested in money. Recently a vet there tell me some potentially devastating news about my dogs health and proceeded to run out of the exam room because he was late for another appointment leaving me there alone and crying. The very next day when I called to try to get more answers once again I was told that he didn't have a lot of time as he was late for surgery. The truth is that they can't diagnose my dog correctly as they don't know what they're doing. Also I strongly suspect that the antibiotics a different vet prescribed for my dog last week were potentially lethal as she was allergic. I had Benadryl in the house and I believe it saved her life. Now this vet is trying to say that I should put my baby back in the same antibiotics. I am going for much needed second opinion as these people have no idea what they're doing

Very happy with the service received here. Staff were very compassionate, knew exactly what needed to be done and were concerned (and knowledgeable) about managing my dog's pain - not something I've heard at other clinics. Prices were comparable - not the highest, not the lowest.

This is a fantastic veterinary hospital. The staff is helpful and caring and can usually get my pet in at a moment's notice. The facilities are extremely clean and my pet is always treated gently by the veterinarians and assistants. Whenever my pet has needed lab tests or radiographs, the results are back promptly and explained in detail. This hospital also has advanced monitoring devices for my pet when he needs an anesthetic and offers laser surgery to make procedures more comfortable. I have checked prices at other clinics and have found them to be very competitive. When my pet needed his tooth extracted, even though he was anesthetized,they gave him a nerve block so that he would be even more comfortable when he woke up and additional pain medication to take when he got home. On top of that, they checked up on him daily for the first few days afterwards to make sure that he was OK. I have even received get well cards from them after my pets have been in. I love this Hospital!

Poor service,only interested in money.... Dragged my dog by the neck with her collar( I should of left then!!!!), wouldn't let me sit with her when she had her ultrasound. They told me to " go run some errands " When I came back my little Shih-Tzu was totally stressed. I wanted a copy of her blood tests and the receptionist refused to give them to me. Said only doctor can give them to me. I wanted to speak with the doctor, said she was too busy...but in the meantime your bill is $400. I put my little girl in the car and her bum was COVERED in poop...now all over my hand and in my car!!! If you like spending money thats all this place is good for.I left without paying ( only way to get to talk to a doctor. ) Shamefull business , never go there.
