My family has been using this AH for years, but I was recently extremely disappointed with the care of my dog and won't be returning. Incident 1: my dog, who has spinal arthritis, was dragged across the lobby floor when refused to go for treatment. Incident 2: did not receive an IV catheter for an anesthetic procedure. BIG NO NO!! IV catheters are essential for any kind of anesthetic procedure as they allow immediate vein access to provide EMS drugs and run IV fluids. Incident 3: picked my dog up from the procedure only to find an injury not present at drop off. Wasn't notified of an incident that may have caused the injury so I couldn't anticipate any repercussions. These incidents happened within 1 week of each other and unfortunately I have lost all faith in their ability to properly care for my dog. I am extremely disappointed and can only hope situations of a similar nature will not happen again or be resolved quickly. Do not recommend.
