This is the worst I've come across in 20 years. They take several days to return phone calls, but only after you call them more than once. They refused to call my pharmacy to provide an NPI number so my cat's meds will be covered under a prescription savings program. Walgreen's doubts the vet even has an NPI number.
First time I took my cat to the clinic, they took her to another room for 20 minutes to draw blood. I could hear her screaming/crying. The woman who seemed to be in a position of authority there said it was "another scared tortoise." The only other pet being seen at the time was a dog, an I KNOW my cat's voice. She lied to me.
The examining room was filthy with pet hair and trash. My cat's thyroid was stable before she was seen by the vet at PM. Once they got a hold of her, they changed her dosage of medication and keep telling me she needs more blood work. The vet does not have an NPI number, which means my RX savings plan will not help pay for the cost of the meds.
