Dr. Herrin recently retired and this clinic was renamed to Bortel Animal Hospital. We LOVED Dr. Herrin and miss him terribly. He was very customer and cat friendly and so experienced. Also had a few excellent experienced staff members that have now also moved on.

In my opinion Dr. Herrin is ready to retire! He is burnt out of vet medicine. The other doctor at the practice, Dr. Bortel is wonderful! If you can get him! Me and my family have had bad experiences with Dr. Herrin.
