I will not be going back to this clinic for a couple of reasons. First, they lost one of my dogs while they were being boarded (not realizing he was lost until he was scratching at the door). As well, while at the vet for a nail clipping for both dogs, the vetinarian hit my dog hard on the head calling him a name after he tried to bite her on the arm. They did not have a vetinary tech on board to help with my dog who has anxiety issues which was known to the clinic. Instead of recognizing that the situation could have been handled differently by them, my dog and I were solely blamed when I expressed concern. My biggest concern is if they are willing to hit my dog in front of me, what could possibly happen behind closed doors?
