Be very careful with this place, or stay away. After spending over $120.00 for an "exam" the vet couldn't tell me what was wrong. Then they quoted me a very high rate for x-rays and sedation. So I declined and said I wanted to look at other options. After crying on the phone with the vet how I was worried. He told me to surrender my pet to the humane society. After calling the humane society they said my pet should be fine and that it sounded like this guy went from 0-100 and was trying to pull a fast one on me. Then 1 week later animal services showed up at my door for a visit, embarrassing me in front of all my neighbors. They closed my case because my pet was fine. I don't understand how someone could be so mean to a helpless woman and pet. AWFUL

My dog had to have emergency surgery. Everywhere was closed except this clinic. The vet was so nice and caring and did everything he could to help us out. I called so many times with follow up questions and he was so nice about it. I’m happy with our experience and my dog is doing great because of it.

This vet used to be good but has gone down hill as the owner hires incompetent staff and seems to not train them properly. All they do is order a bunch of test(most of which are completely useless, only to tell you that after you paid) to get the most amount of money out of you and still can't diagnose the problem with your animal. Ended up taking my pet to the university in Guelph and they knew what was most likely the cause from the symptoms. Found out its common in thee breed and can easily be found through blood work(which this vet did many times ). I don't know if that the vets are just that incompetent or that they are scamming for money, either way do not take your pet to Guelph street animal hospital. They do not know anything about small dog breeds and will just waste your money and will not help your dogs health.

Brought my cat in to the after hours clinic at 10:30pm. Felt the assistant in the office who took the initial info was a vet n training with very little experience the actual vet who saw our cat played it up like he knew what he was talking about but again probably had little to no experience. Saw my vet the next day and came away with a completely different diagnosis and one that made sense according to her symptoms. Be careful visiting this place. As a true pet owner your gut will tell you if their diagnosis makes sense. The after hours staff don't seem to really know their stuff

You get what you pay for. I Will never subject my pets to this clinic ever again. The prices look attractive but the lack of knowledge by the Vets and lack of empathy is horrible. I will be going back to my original Vet, and never look back!
