Dunrobin vet has been our primary vet care provider for the past 10 years. They've seen us through 2 major operations, many minor crises and the passing of one of our dogs. Their standard of care has been exceptional and their service always professional. Highly recommended.

We have found that this vet is deceptive about being up front on treatment costs. It's always a surprise what the bill will be until they asked for payment after the visit. Our most recent experience was our last straw. We had brought our dog in for his bordetella shots, and they said his ears were dirty and proceeded to clean them. They made no mention that they would charge 170 dollars for this! They became very short with us, when we questioned why it was so much for something so simple that we do weekly. Feeling fleeced from our last experience, we called to cancel our next appt for booster shots, and the receptionist started arguing with us about cancelling, and she actually hung up on me. We won't be going back.

Main issue was pushing too hard for unessesary treatment's. Other than being a bit expensive, the clinic is fine, clean and orderly. Staff were very nice.
