expensive but that may be a sign of the times, Dr Cope is amazing but the fornt end staff is always changing and sometimes seems blissfully unaware of what is going on with my animals

Staff is friendly and caring. I have a high anxiety dog, and they are great at ensuring she remains as calm as possible throughout the visit. I am very happy with how she is cared for at Breadner Vet, and with the experiences I have had here.

Cat had surgery just before holiday, sent home with pain medication for 4 days but only had a drop in vial enough for only one pain relief. When clinic reopened after holiday, i explained this to them and was told i would have to pay for additional pain medication, even though i never received it to begin with. Not caring staff, outrageous that they would not listen to my complaint!

Things have gone downhill the last couple of years. The front desk staff seems to always be new and everything is more expensive. I checked with another vet office on their prices for things like flea medicine and standard dog needs and there was definitely a difference.

I do find the services overpriced. Just one example; my cat was neutered and he came home with a cone on his head. The cone cost $8 and lasted about 10 seconds when we got home. Other than that I am very pleased with the caring service all of my cats have received over the past 8 or 9 years. We especially like the Christmas cards we get that are done by Dr. Breadner herself!

We have been using Breadner Vet since 2007 and just love them. All the staff from the front desk to the Dr.'s are so lovely and kind. I'm a particularly sensitive pet parent during procedures (neuter etc) and they go out of their way to calm me and update me:) I've seen all 3 Dr.'s and love each of them! And the techs are exceptional!

Dr. Emma Cope is wonderful and has treated several of our animals, dogs and cat. She was particularly compassionate in the care of our elderly dog.

We were going to Breadner for several years it used to be great until the past year or so it has changed a lot, they never call back when they say they will, the lab tech was an HOUR late for an appointment we had booked because she " didn't know she was scheduled in" , and they didn't phone us the night before that exam with instructions to fast our dog I had to phone another clinic to ask for instructions. Overall, they have terrible service and have turned into a cash grab by charging for absolutely everything.

Excellent facility, really friendly staff, location is a bit out of the way. Seems to have too many patients as we were rescheduled multiple times. We decided to choose a different, more accommodating vet.

A very competent and caring vet, if not quirky. Dr. 'Shelley' really cares for her patients. Staff seem to like working there and is noticed by this client. Dr. Breadner is quite compasionate, observant and is a good listener and not afraid to share her advice. Definitely not an inexpensive practice but so far we feel well worth the care given.
