This clinic is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything to you, listening to your questions and giving you different treatment options. I did not feel that the doctor rushed, and she seemed to really care about my cat's health and well being. We are very happy here!

I was going to another Caledon clinic but was unhappy with the service. I tried the folks at Glendale and was very happy. They all care a take time for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring clinic.

I have been taking my pets to Glendale for many years now. The staff are all caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable which makes it easy for me to leave my fur babies in their hands. Whenever I call, my concerns are dealt with promptly and professionally. Their online pharmacy and food delivery option has really made my hectic days a little easier. I would recommend this hospital to everyone!

I have had the privilege of having Dr. Hooper and her staff care for my furry babies for more than 10 years. She takes the time to explain the issues and options in terms that I understand. She answers all my questions honestly and has never recommended a treatment that they did not need. In fact she has on occasion advised against a particular course of action. When the inevitable decision had to be made she provided us with an environment where our little one could spend the last moments in dignity, surrounded by love. There are many clinics closer to where I live but I choose to travel to her clinic to have my furbabies cared for by her. I trust her explicitly to always do what is best for them and ultimately for me. I would highly recommend her, her staff and her clinic to anyone who is looking for quality ethical and compassionate care for their pets. A “good” rating does not adequately assess this practice. I would rate it EXCELLENT in all areas!

This vet has changed from the place it was a few years ago. The full time vet left and now the vet that is there doesn't seem to care about my dog or me. Last time I went for shots, she was late for my appointment cuz she was in the libby talking to people about her kids. And then she only spent 10 minutes with my dog. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

When I first started going to Glendale I was blown away by the Staff and vets, my opinion has since changed since my last appointment. The staff no longer seems to communicate and everything is way more expensive than other vets in the area! I think they lost the real reason they are in the veterinary industry and just want to make money. It's sad! Also the clinic is pretty messy, too much stuff everywhere.

Wow! I just experienced the best vet experience ever! Dr. Hooper is hands down one of the most compassionate and knowledgable vets I have been to. I have had experiences with local clinics in the area, and yes they are cheaper but now I understand the quality of service I just paid for! I got honest answers, the best pet care from the staff and the resources I needed to get my pet treated properly. I wasn't rushed, passed off to other vets and just felt relief that my dog was finally getting the care he didn't receive at the other local clinics. Thank you Dr. Hooper for getting my boy on the right track...Finally! It was worth every penny.
