I recently showed up at the Pickering Village pet hospital without an appointment in great distress with my dog we had never been there before. They assessed the situation right away were very kind and understanding. They explained what needed to be done and worked us into the schedule around the other appointments. We were very appreciative!. They then called us twice the next day to check in on the dog, that was so caring. The cost for an emergency visit and treatment was quite reasonable and they have now gained themselves a new client! Very happy with this Vet office!

The best Vet around! Very friendly staff, Dr. Gill is amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Everyone there is so helpful. You can even call them if there is a small issue and they will walk you through it on the phone. Highly recommend this vet!

I brought my first dog to Dr. Gill after amazing recommendations from many friends. He is so amazing with animals, he connects with them on a whole different level and completely has their interest at heart. His passion is so up front. The staff here are beyond friendly, always willing to help and absolutely affectionate to every animal that walks through the door. Their costs are so reasonable, never pushing what isn't necessary. The office space is simple but the no frills look gets the job done and keeps money in my pocket. I don't feel like I'm paying for interior design. I even buy my dog food from there, it comes to about the same price as a grocery store and is great quality food! I have so much trust in Pickering Village Pet Hospital and will recommend them to anyone!

I have been using Dr. Gill for my 2 cats a 1 dog since he was beside Costco. Prices are always bottom line and doesn't push unnecessary treatments. He always explains the procedure and makes sure I am satisfied. Has had the same assistants for years and they are always pleasant and remember me and my pet by name. This clinic truly cares about my pets well being and I trust Dr. Gill and his staff to take care of my pets. Highly recommend this clinic.
