Dropped my dog off for surgery before 9 am. When I left, he was sedated and unaware that I was leaving him. I called after 12pm to see if he was ready to pick up and was told the vet was just starting his procedure. When I picked him up at 5 pm he was unable to stand as he was still heavily sedated. Once the sedation wore off he was crying and shaking from pain. I called the clinic and asked about pain relief but staff said to wait until the next day when he should be feeling better. Very unhappy with the lack of concern for the well being of my dog. Until this happened, I had recommended this clinic to friends. (They were not happy there)

I have both a dog and cat who require extra time and patience for their anxiety when the are at vet. All the staff helped to accommodate my pets special needs and make their experiences low stress every time they have to come in.

I only trust Dr. Benoit to treat what I call my third child, Ace, my loyal Alsatian. Dr. Benoit in my honest opinion is the best doctor in Edmonton. The staff at Companion are wonderful as well. Ace loves to go to Companion when needed. Everyone is friendly, truly care, and are accommodating at Companion. Now I want to breed Ace of Spades and keep all his children within my family. I would also like to thank Lonna Fisher of Sunflower and Chilco who gave me Ace and have a legacy of breeding Grand Champions like Codie, Ace's Grandfather. Harpreet Dinsa

Dr. Benoit and Dr. Madsen were very caring and personable/friendly vets to both myself and my cat. They were able to see my cat on short notice. Friendly/competent staff. I trust this clinic to care for my very loved cat.

My cat doesn't like going to the vet EVER, but Dr. Benoit tries very hard to make it as stress free as possible. She is the least stressed & irritated at this clinic. He takes time with her & he explains things very well. I never feel rushed. He also does follow up calls which is appreciated.

Very caring clinic. Quick diagnosis with all our options given. When it came sown to the time we had to say good bye to our dog they were really compassionate and helpful.

Dr. Benoit and his staff were extremely helpful and caring when we took our very elderly dog to him after our long time vet retired. The care she received ensured that the last few months of her life were the best they could be. Dr. Benoit's was compassionate and did not try to give us false hopes or sell us on expensive testing or treatments. We appreciated his honesty and the time he took to thoroughly assess our dog's health needs.

I phoned as a potential new client and asked for a quote. I was told that someone would get back to me. No one bothered phoning me back, apparently they do not need the business or can't be bothered to return phone calls. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
