We've went here for years and have had only good experiences. Reception staff are helpful. II saw a couple of the vets and they were always gentle with my pooch and explained everything clearly. They didnt 'over prescribe' or order unnecessary tests and when my guy passed on they were very supportive and thoughtful ... couldn't have asked for better care

had a needy pup in much discomfort and because i didn't have an appointment my pup didn't rate 2 minutes. that to me is not a vet. sometimes life doesn't give you the luxury of time for an app't. very disappointing. in the meantime a needy pup gets turned away. thanks for nothing. daniel sponagle 23oct2017

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I have a senior dog so we're no strangers to vets. Every professional has it occasional bad moments so I understand some of the bad reviews I've read on this site but I would say that bad days at Bickford are very very rare. My dog never passes up an opportunity to try to walk in the front door when we're out for our walks and the staff have been nothing but friendly and accommodating.

I left another vet to come here based on a friend's recommendation. Best decision I have ever made. My dog has a number of health issues and the staff here have been unbelievably kind and patient with me, and have answered every question I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about the team here. I have recommended Bickford Park to a number of friends and they are all extremely satisfied.

If you must come to this clinic, be sure to request an appointment with Helen Foster. If Helen is not available, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. I learned this the hard way.

My experience with this clinic has been very negative to say the least. All the vets are inexperienced and as such become very defensive when asked simple questions. They have made serious mistakes yet are unwilling to assume responsibility for their mistakes nor have they apologized when caught for their indiscretions. They do not provide you with the full costs of procedures but do one test/procedure at a time to hook you in. They are more than willing to see you in order to scare you into doing unnecessary procedures but are nowhere to be seen after payment has been made. They have the receptionists relay the medical results. Overall, their conduct has been highly unprofessional. Do your pet and your pocketbook a favour by avoiding this clinic. You have nothing to gain but grief.

After years at another clinic, we moved to Bickford Park Animal Hospital for two reasons. First, it is closer to us. Second, we met Helen, the vet, at the local dog park and we were impressed with her easy manner and her willingness to share advice for free. Turns out it was an excellent decision - services and food are both cheaper than our last vet. In addition, Helen is warm, caring and helped us to save money on teeth cleaning. We highly recommend Bickford Park!

I was not happy with my experience at this hospital . They tried to take advantage of me. This clinic had a very loud barking dog in the waiting room that freaked out my cat. The girl at the front desk was not very sensitive to the fact that my cat was so stressed. The doctor briefly looked at my cat and then proceeded to tell me that she would need to do all this test for about 400 dollars. I went for a second opinion to another vet clinic and my cat was better with some antibiotics for 25.00. I would not recommend this hospital.

Dr Helen Foster is fantastic - compassionate, caring and honest! She examined my amazingly grumpy cat with the finesse of a well seasoned lion tamer and we all got out alive. :) A truly great veterinarian with a wonderful bedside manner, she goes above and beyond. We leave found our Forever Vet at Bickford Park Animal Hospital
