Dr. B is my go to guy for my cats. He takes the time to explain what is going on with my furry friend. He is compassionate and was a great help when it was time to put one of my beloved critters down. It is nice to go to a vet's office where there are not dogs barking and raising the stress level of everyone too

Giving this Clinic a 1 is too much!! I have nothing good to say. From the minute you walk through the door until the time you walk out, horrible experience. Oh wait, they enjoy taking your money though and only then they might be a bit friendlier. Please whatever you do don't waste your time with this clinic.

I've had great experiences with Dr. Broughton with both of my cats. He is very knowledgeable and caring. 1 of my cats has just been diagnosed with diabetes, and he has been so helpful throughout the entire process, and even calls on his days off for follow-up. I would not take them anywhere else.

We brought our cat in to check out what was a cyst but the doctor also found two cancerous tumours. We were lucky to catch it early. He removed all tumours. The doctor was very informative and friendly. He answered all our questions. He treated our cats as if they were his own. He seemed to really care about treating them both. We wouldn't take our cats anywhere else! We have been happy with all the staff at all of our visits to this office!!

I can only imagine that the people who have posted bad reviews came on a bad day or something because my entire family have been seeing Dr. Broughton for years (6 different cats) and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is always very thorough and takes time to explain things to me. He'll answer phone calls if I have any questions, and treats my cats (even the nasty one!) very kindly. I have nothing but good things to say about Exclusively Cats and recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Broughton is an excellent veterinarian. He always takes his time and is very thorough during your appointment. He makes your cat feel at ease while gently talking to them during the examination. His experience and knowledge is prevalent. Once the initial examination has concluded he already has arrived at an educated assumption as to what might be wrong which is usually confirmed in the diagnosis with further tests as needed. He explains everything through the process and what to expect on certain medications. After your visit, he personally follows up with a call to check on his patient. Both of my cats have visited Exclusively Cats and they always receive exceptional treatment. I have had bad experiences elsewhere when my cat received poor treatment at an emergency clinic and I had to bring him to Dr. Broughton anyways who was able to save my cat. This is the only place that I will bring my fur babies. Best place for your cat to have exclusive treatment! Highly recommend.

Every time you see this vet he is distracted by a personal issue.Adopting a kid.Renovating his house etc. He also misdiagnosed a bladder infection in my cat as stress cause he licked almost all his belly hair off. Thank god I got a second opinion. Stay away.

Went to this vet for a review of my cat's eye. His eye had been slowly filling with a dark brown liquid and he claimed it was merely a change in eye colour. After a few months we took him to another vet who said they weren't sure, we went to a specialist and it turned out to be cancer. The cat now needs to have both eyes removed as we wasted time with Broughton's diagnosis. Very disappointed. Horrible experience.

The receptionist doesn't know anything and shouldn't be working there. She often quoted me wrong dosage that conflicted with what was said on the bottles. They lost test results and didn't apologize for that. She said they would compensate me for wasting my time bringing my cat back and that turned out to be "we won't charge you again for these tests". wow, thanks for nothing. They often showed that they clearly cared more about making a buck than they did about the health of my cat. I often had to leave 2 or 3 messages before they finally called back. And I felt like they over medicated my cat and I am convinced this was the eventual cause of my cat's death. Hindsight is 20/20. I was in a terrible emotional state because my cat was sick and I should have run away never to return after my first visit.

The staff receives a 1 based on the vet and technician. The receptionist is extremely friendly and outgoing, she is very knowledgeable and caring. The technician is socially awkward which is easily interpreted as rude. The vet is just plain rude. He talked down to me as if I were an idiot for asking questions, this is the first time I have owned a cat and don't know everything there is to know about having a cat, nor do I have the time to do extensive research. I will not bring my cat here and refuse to even buy my cats food there anymore.

I brought my new kitten in for a first visit today. Exclusively Cats will be his vet for life. A through and gentle exam was done, my kitten was calm and it was a positive experience for him. The staff are first rate. My kitten even gobbled up his worm medication on his own. The Vet takes his time, talks to you and murmurs to the cat when holding and examining him. A nice quiet clinic which cares very much about your cat,

The Receptionist was Amazing, very Outgoing and Friendly. The Technician was not Bad but kept interrupt as though she was being left out!The Technician examined our cat and said the Dr woukd be right in and he took 20 min and we clearly could hear him yapping to someone close to him on the phone about nothing that couldn't wait and then came in and out right lied that he was with the suck patient in the back.He was very loud voiced when he spoke and rushed us through as fast as possible. He wanted to run this that and the other thing and we were there for vaccine's If it weren't for the receptiomist this clinic would be an all around poor Establishmentioned !

This is not the clinic it once was. I had been going to the same clinic for over 20 years. My last experiences were bad the staff were all impatient with a cat who was ill and they only wanted me out because I wouldn't agree to boy behind for further tests in the morning. My boy was scared and they were too impatient with him I couldn't trust them. But they charged huge fees and that is all they care about. I will never return there

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE! HE KILLED MY BABY GIRL!! EVERYTHING HE DID KILLED HER HER INJURIES WERE NOT THAT BAD AND HE MADE HER SUFFER WITHOUT OXYGEN WHEN SHE COULDN'T BREATHE CAUSING BRAIN DAMAGE, HE SAID BECAUSE HE DIDN't want to pay for the man hours to hook her up to the oxygen mask. HE LEFT HER WITHOUT CHECKING ON HER FOR AN HOUR ! I WATCHED THROUGH THE WINDOW ! He was a liar! He swore he would check on her repeatedly and selfish he called himself a great guy and he yelled at me to not go to PEMBINA VET WHICH IS A GOOD HOSPITAL REPEATEDLY AND HE KILLED HER HORRIBLY! Do not go here ! DO NOT GO HERE ! DO NOT GO HERE!

I brought my cat here to see Dr.Broughton because she was acting very strangely, was in distress, and I wanted a vet that was very knowledgeable about cats. I got an appointment right away and once there I did not have to wait long to see the vet. He diagnosed our cat with feline hyperesthesia and got her on medication. Dr.Broughton seemed very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time addressing our concerns regarding our cat and seemed to not only enjoy his work, but also genuinely care. He really put our minds at ease. The cat has been doing well and he has always been readily available for questions regarding her well being. We also felt that the veterinary clinic itself was good because it was not full of dogs or other loud pets. This seemed to help keep out cat relatively relaxed.

Dr. Broughton is an excellent vet and has always shown great interest in my cats (4 of them). He always follows up and has called many times to check on the wellbeing of my diabetic cat.The staff are great and seem to genuinely care about the animals.
