I have used this vet for 2 years and the staff seems ok at times. Well until you have a question and then they are rude. As far as the Doctors at this location they are all about the money. They use scare tactics to get you do do surgical procedures. They pressured me into an operation for my dog. Later I found that the operation was not needed and Dr W was rude, unprofessional and nasty. My dog has never been the same after the operation. I would never use this vet again.
