Dr. Piotrowski is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain, in detail, the various options for treatment of our pet dog. He is very empathetic, kind and professional in his approach. The staff is very friendly, understanding and efficient. The facilities are new, clean and welcoming. We would strongly recommend this animal hospital to all pet owners.

I first brought my dog there for viral infection, long story short, multiple tests had to be conducted because the vet needs another test to validate his first test. In total, it costs me close to two thousands. I switched dog food as recommend by the vet. Few weeks later I had to bring my dog back because of skin irritation. Of course after ten minutes of examination and two hundred dollars later, the vet recommended another test. The next day the vet phoned me and told me that he needed to do one more text to be on the safe side. one day later, was told more test needed to confirm the initial suspicion. Finally I had enough with this vet, and brought my dog to another animal hospital. After the new vet at Elgin Mills animal hospital reviewed my dogs file and told me that my dog was healthy and the vet at tower hill put him on a medicated food and there is no need for any additional test.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Very friendly to the pets, and treats them like his own. Will tell you honestly, if something is unnecessary to do. Convenient business hours, and great stuff. Doctor saved my puppy, after she ate human medication, treated for ear infection, some skin problem, diarrhea.... you name it! Always a good result. Thank you doctor!

Very good doctor. Spends a lot of time with the dog. Cost is average. Good first impression, now hoping for actual results.
