Hello, I own 2 Dogs (6yrs old) and I am very reluctant to bring my dogs to this Clinic with all the incredibly bad reviews, mostly .... about Wade's Partners Care and the High Prices for services.... Very Unsure at this point! I think that I will shop around for Another Clinic!

As we come to our Samoyed's 10th birthday tomorrow June 20,2019 we wish he was here. Gone to soon.In for a simple teeth cleaning and possibly 1 extraction(turned out to be 4) on February 5,2019.Home for a couple of days and dead in 5 days of massive infection.Beware!!Miss you YUKON.We will be remembering you on our annual longest day doggie boat ride June 21st.

We haven't had an issue with West Carleton Animal Hospital until yesterday 27 May 19.
If you are looking for a place to only do your annual vaccines. I recommend it as their prices are fair but if you want a place that cares about your fury family members i recommend other places. We called yesterday because our small dog was close to dying due to breathing complications and we figure we would go to our veterinarian care which is West Carleton as it is only 10 min away and they were open to get a response back that they do not take emergencies. So instead we had to drive 40 min to the emerg in ottawa that is open 24/7 in the hopes that she was going to make it. We are still waiting for results as she had to stay there overnight.
This place is just a business and if thats what your looking for, go for it but if you want a place that actually cares, i recommend you do your research. Hope no ones has to go through the stress that we had to go through, specially when every minute cou

Fantastic staff who take great care of the animals (and their people). Always give you choices for treatment options with pros and cons. They don't try to oversell like other places. Amazing new building with 3 consultation rooms (same address, brand new building). I have been taking my cat & dogs there for 9 years and won't go anywhere else.

We had to have our dog put down. They came to our home to do it. A call in the morning and they were there by 1:15pm. They were very compassionate and courteous. I could not have asked for any better. They made a very sad time the best that it could be. I 100% recommend their services.

Phenomenal! We trust Dr. Mark and his team completely - they are kind, smart, knowledgeable, respectful and go well above and beyond our highest expectations. We have a new puppy Keeley and she is very challenging. Previously, our dog Finnegan was a patient. For 15 years, they cared for Finnegan with true compassion and a high degree of professionalism and competence. Dr. Mark and his whole team from technicians to the receptionist are so wonderful to deal with - positive, caring and competent. They put us at ease and we know we are in good hands. We trust the team completely. We recommend them so highly! Cannot say enough about how fantastic they are!

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Dr. Mark is so good with my unfriendly cat. I am so happy I found such a wonderful vet that doesn't mind a little hissing and growling! Thank you!

Found Dr. Suzanne Chenard-Albrecht to be extremely condescending and not nearly as helpful or as knowledgeable as we had hoped. We were very discouraged when we left the clinic and it was not a positive experience. Had heard good things about Dr. Mark Cochran so we were a little disappointed by our visit with his partner. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming or helpful either. Will be taking my dog elsewhere.

I have been bringing my 2 large breed dogs to this vet for 6 years. The doctors are caring and knowledgable, the vet techs are great, and the receptionist is actually quite nice once you get to know her. We have received top notch care at reasonable prices. I always feel that the staff put the best interests of my dogs first and provide unbiased advice on what treatments are actually needed. In fact, the vets have actually counselled against of the most expensive treatments if they were not the most appropriate. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark and his team!

Excellent service, caring staff, nice people. Also reasonably priced and I never get the impression they are profit-motivated (which I have felt at least a bit from pretty much every other vet I've used in the past). The service my cats and I have received here has exceeded my expectations.

The actual Vets that work there are fantastic. Unfortunately there is an old female receptionist that works the front end whom is quite the ****. You will know exactly who it is as soon as you walk in the door. Otherwise, it is a good place to bring your pet.

Staff is excellent and really caring. Have been going there for the past 3 years and have no complaints. When we needed an emergency appointment for my older dog, they fit us in and made everything so much easier..
