My dog received no attention while having an infection at this clinic. Instead we were scolded for asking help and trying to find a remedy. The. Fact that my dog deserves the best treatment is not a privilege but a right. I will never enter this clinic and I have filed a misconduct report against them. His infection was so bad my vet is writting a report as well.

Dr Vaillancourt was great during the consultation for my dog who is getting old. He was very affectionnate and was able to explain all options possible without problem!

Dr. Vaillancourt is the best. He takes care of my senior dog without going overboard in suggesting expensive treatment options. He does what is best, but doesn't make me feel like a bad owner if I do not go for the expensive option. He understands animals, is very good with them and very thorough in his examinations.

Dr. Vaillencourt is great. This clinic provides comparable prices to other clinics in Montreal. However, Dr. V finds the most economical avenue for you while considering the welfare of your pet. The junior vet, not so much; she has suggested procedures that ended up not being necessary and incited fear at the same time. Thankfully, Dr. V looked over the 2 separate cases and saved me quite a bit of $ and worry. The vet techs, headed by Chantale are also very warm and professional.

2nd visit. Friendly and competent staff. Vet professional but but too chatty for my taste. Both visits took one hour!

I've been taking my nervous Beagle to Jasmine for 2 1/2 years. The vets are kind and patient and the staff just adored my dog. He is a very nervous beagle who doesn't like going to the doctor, but they always make him feel comfortable there, offering him affections, treats and taking the time to visit with him. I've never had a bad thing to say about them until today. I called to make an appointment for my dogs annual vaccinations and visit and the receptionist was all over the place. Seemed like she was new on the job and wasn't sure what she was doing. She asked me which vaccinations I wanted...I'm not a vet so I rely on my Vet to inform me. I will take my dog in a few weeks and hopefully I will have a chance to meet this receptionist and give her a second chance!
